Great. I started using Neverbounce back in 2012 and I have loved using the service ever since then. Great tool, ease of use and ease of set up were great.

Pros

Ease of use and ability to integrate with our software like SFDC and HubSpot. Quick updates and the ability to get new emails if the email was no longer valid.

Cons

The cost was a bit high and sometimes the integrations to SFDC and HubSpot stopped working, but overall not a bad tool, some of the integrations could have been user error as well.

Pros

NeverBounce offers real time verification with high accuracy rate. The integration with marketing platform is a huge win.

Cons

Catch-all emails are still risky - catch-all emails are labeled but not precisely verified. Also, for the very large lists, processing time takes longer than usual.

Pros

It works, but the sync function isn't the smoothest. The customer support is disappointing and I expected more.

Cons

Neverbounce automatically debited a full 1 year fee instead of activating the monthly contract requested! Despite writing and promising a return of money to reset the situation they didn't do it and the support email stopped replying to me. Very upsetting!!

I am very pleased with NeverBounce for email maintenance and the fact that all customer support with I've dealt with so far, know their stuff.

Pros

I was really impressed with the support available to help with anything I didn't know. It's like all you need to do to maintain your email list in one place and as an extra bonus it integrates directly with Klaviyo.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about it.

The overall experience is really good, I mainly use it to verify emails on the fly. The pricing is competitive and affordable.

Pros

Very fast when validating emails! The accuracy of Neverbounce Is really good too.

Better integration options. I know Zapier is there but other ones would be better.
