They are always extremely helpful when I have a question and if I have learned anything from my business it is that things will always come up and I feel confident that if Details Flowers can find a way to help that they will. May 4, 2020 5.0 Pros Creating a custom proposal with details changed my whole design process and the way that I interact with my customers! My clients love so many things about their proposal including detailed descriptions of all the line items, flowers that I will use and the beautiful presentation on the first two pages. I can now sell higher end items and create lasting impressions for personals, ceremony and reception. My favorite thing about the software is that you can create your recipes so far in advance, this has helped me with time management, ordering and making margin. Cons The details team really cares about your feedback and others! They are constantly making changes to the software and I love getting the updates and tutorials about the advancements that they have made. The only thing I didn't like, is that I had to save the proposal every time and couldn't make changes to the terms in the contract, but they recently changed that! It has helped increase how closing ratios and bookings. It so easy for the client to understand and they love the creative design it has to offer. Pros I love how each client's proposal is so personal and is so easy for them to understand. I love how detailed the proposals are for the client and how easy they are to understand. Cons The update is a little confusing at times. I wish that the current page would move the booked clients completely over, instead of having them all potential clients in a catch all area. I love the overall look of the proposals and how easy it is to keep track of my events. Pros I love how easy this software was to navigate. I looked into several other software companies to see what was best. Although this was the higher priced option, the quality is excellent. It creates an excellent presentation that creates a great first impression for my clients and also gives them an overall vision. It was very easy to navigate with very little frustration and there is always someone available to chat or email to help and very prompt response. Cons Honestly the only thing that is difficult is the price at times because I am a seasonal business. However the quality is excellent and I have made it work because I am pleased with the result. Cons I need to spend more time organizing my "inventory of items" to use in the software. I haven't dedicated time for that and there are lots of flowers that I wish were automatically in the system, but I understand why they arent and why we need to input them for our own market, etc. Some of the features are not things I personally use (quotes from my wholesalers etc.) They don't have time for that and are not connected to technology in that way. The costs sheet counts all the stems making it easy to order the correct amount and the recipe sheets can be printed out for any designer to follow. It's a real time/labor saver! Cons The inspiration photos don't upload onto the proposal, so they have to be uploaded once more. Hope that's one of the updates in the new version. It’s a life saver. Pros I absolutely love the detailed flowers software. I couldn’t imagine starting and running my business without it. It has saved me so munch time figuring recipes and stem counts for ordering flowers. Not only that the proposals are gorgeous and i get compliments all the time from clients in how organized and beautiful they are. Cons I would like to be able to edit the heading in the proposals. Pros Two things: 1. It 'dumbs down' as much as possible to help communicate to our entire staff what client's need. It's easy to read so even if a staff member hasn't had any interaction with the client, it's so detailed that they can pick up the proposal and know everything about the wedding. 2. Clients LOVE it!! Clients are more and more detailed and visual these days. We get rave reviews! Cons It can sometimes be a little slow, but it normally fixes itself out. We would love to be able to customize all the sections on each page rather than be locked in to certain parts of the page (like the invoicing part since we do not invoice through Details).
