I've used this software for years and always get compliments on how much detail I give my brides. Details has also been a great time saver in calculating stem counts, especially if I need to make changes. Cons The software does get updated and improved from time to time and so there can be a bit of a learning process to figure out what's new. Pros It takes me 75% less time to create a quote for a prospective Bride, while creating a beautiful portfolio that wows the customer. I love the feeling of knowing that my quote is spot on in price and value, and the costs tab allows me to see exactly what I need to purchase to fulfill the order- no more guessing games! The recipes gallery allows me to pull designs quickly and add them to a quote, which is very helpful with a Bride that lacks vision and needs inspiration. Cons Nothing so far. It's hard to find something wrong with this software- they listen to their customers and the updates make the product better every time! I love the option to keep track of payments as well! Pros I like that once the proposal is done, your order form and other documents are complete as well! Not as many documents to keep track of. Love that it's online too, never lose a document again and can access from anywhere. Cons I don't like that you have to upload inspiration photos one at a time. Wonder if there is a way to delete a client off the list if a client has been entered multiple times. Is there also a way where the proposals could be automatically moved when signed online? December 28, 2018 5.0 I am managing my costs and pricing structure. Biggest pro. Even better, the proposals are stunning and include everything the customer would want to see so that they know I've thought of everything and that I'm the right choice. The customer support for Details has been awesome. They dedicate 2.5 hours to training / onboarding the client and even after that, my most recent support ticket was resolved in 10 minutes or less. They are awesome. Pros I love that this software is a full solution from it's ability to create beautiful proposals on the front-end with the customer and it's ability to help me manage costs and pricing on the back-end. I love how the templates are pre-formatted. My previous process of creating proposals in Excel (I was so fed up with trying to format anything in MS Office!) - this was such a headache compared to the few easy clicks of a button it takes with Details. Cons The software only comes with a few different templates, and I guess it would be nice to have a few more included in the subscription. I was really "testing" it when I initially joined. I can't imagine not using it now! It has been a game changer for my company. Pros Details is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and the proposals are gorgeous. Our clients love them. It has saved me many hours from stem selection and count to sending client proposals. Cons I would really like to see a "hide price" option on proposals. I often send a parent the pricing and wedding couple an itemized list. Pros I like that I can keep track of what I need to order for a future event based off of my initial quote. The Proposals are beautiful. Cons It is a little long to get all the images into the software and I don't understand why the images that I select, like flower choices can't auto populate the proposal. Reason for choosing Details Flowers It was more affordable and I liked the look of the proposal better. I like that all the flowers and some recipes are pre-loaded and that I can still customize it. We like the ease of adding recipes by using the resources that come pre-loaded, and another plus is the ability to save versions along the way as we create worksheets and proposals. November 1, 2018 5.0 I think this company goes above and beyond for giving assistance and they are so fast at responding - it's like they are right beside you. Really glad we decided to use Details. Pros It is really logical, robust with abilities. I think it has the prettiest customer proposal. I checked out 2 other companies before going with Details. My florist has very little computer office skills so it's been a learning curve for her to get proficient with the software, but she isn't feeling overwhelmed or intimiated. The amount of support is fantastic and you just feel so comfortable asking questions (again!). I found it easy to get started. Cons I don't think there are any negatives that I've come across. Pros Reasonable subscription fees and enthusiastic team behind the software. Cons Earlier version not very flexible or easy to use but this has been improved dramatically. Cons Since this is a newer software, I know there will be some features in the future I wish it had. But they are creating new features monthly, so I have no concern when I need a new feature it will be there for me. My bookings are through the roof and their is no need for couples to look at a competitor, and if they did. Their quote would fall short of what details can offer them. There is NO question that I am going to provide my clients with excellent experience from beginning to end. Annnnddd....it organizes my ordering so I keep margins slim and more profitable. Pros That is how your couples will feel after reviewing their proposal. You'll get tears and squeals of excitement, because FINALLY someone has captured their "vision".
