Pros I used to do all of these things separately. With the software, all of my separate proposals, flower/inspiration photos, contracts are all under one file. Pros I love the ease of putting together recipes and how much it has saved me on time creating gorgeous proposals. I also love the feature where I can lock people out of their proposals. That has saved me a lot too. Cons I don’t like that there’s no email portal, I still use my honey book account just to communicate with my clients. April 25, 2020 5.0 Oh my gosh! By far the calculating and recalculating of numbers has been a game changer. Pros Overall, this is the best software out there. The proposals are beautiful and very simple for the client to navigate. It has definitely elevated our game and makes us look very professional. Cons There is not an initial client intake form that can be sent to the client to get broad strokes about needs- we have to use a separate software Can be clunky at times. Can’t toggle back and forth between windows No automatic save feature. Would be nice if 2 users could be using at the same time. Similar to how google docs operates A little disappointed in what was available in the libraries. I can create absolutely beautiful proposals, I've received multiple compliments from brides and venues about how well put together and beautiful the proposals are. Cons Adding flowers or items is somewhat difficult, but could be because I'm not use to doing it or fully understand how. Pros I like the recipes function and the visuals for quotations to send to clients. The ability to save time by using pre-built recipes. Cons Lack of additional floral recipes other than full wedding focussed i.e birthday, funerals etc. Some issues with getting selling priced after mark up. It should have management vs employee functions so they don't see the recipes. Customer service is excellent...they respond to my questions (by email) within a couple hours at the most! Cons Sometimes I feel like there is some unnecessary "clicking". Details is my hardest working employee! :) Cons I have not come across a feature I do not like, nor have I yet thought of a feature I wish were available! The newest additions to the item gallery with Alexandra Farms, Accent Decor, etc where a HUGE help! There are flowers/varieties that I use often that are not in the item gallery, but I have taken to adding them in myself and this works for me at this point.
