Pros The software is great for organizing recipes and frequently used flowers and colors. It helps me save time when ordering as well. Cons That is does not have a feature to send emails to customers to remind them of payments if they are not paying by credit card. When you do hit a snag the support is readily available and helpful. Clients are very impressed by the results Cons No multiple delivery address options. Would be nice if you could email out a receipt. Pros I have been looking for a piece of floral software for a long time. I spotted between several companies but neither did what I wanted them to do. Someone suggested Details so I signed up for their trial. Firstly WOW! It looks beautiful! It’s reasonably easy to use once you have everything set up and I would say overall it’s saved me hours of time and 1000000 of bits of paper! Really pleased Cons It took a bit of time to set up. It's been a life saver as we have branched out into flowers to help price correctly and forces to look at all the costs involved with an event. It is a little pricy but it's top on our must-have software lists. Cons There are a couple navigations that are a little clunky and I’d love to slightly alter the proposals (fonts and sizes) as my previous proposals were more on brand. But the Details team is always improving the software and these are small annoyances in the larger context of time saved and improvement to my overall processes. May 30, 2018 5.0 Pros I can't fudge the numbers anymore and lie to myself so I am no longer robbing myself of the money my skill and time is actual worth. Cons I do wish you could remove line items that I don't need on a proposal by proposal basis. They don't show up in the actual proposal but they gum up the worksheet a bit. I also do a lot of bespoke, unique stuff for each event that doesn't necessarily fit neatly into the predetermined line items, so I wish I could add in line items that are exclusive to just that one worksheet instead of having a million line items called "other". I know many other people in our industry that have been using this for years and that's what made me take the time to research and finally make the decision to jump onboard. Pros I love that every detail is thought about and shows once the worksheet is final. Cons I wish it was easier to switch out the pictures/items/recipes used when finalizing the worksheet. Cons The only thing I wish was different is the possibility of adding the option of not allowing clients to download. May 31, 2018 5.0 Getting quotes out so fast and having the recipe available to all the designers is great. Also it creates a list of stem counts to buy flowers. Pros The attention to details and the variety of options you have is limitless. The staff are friendly and beyond helpful. If you have a question they get right back to you. Cons There is a learning curve to it. That is the only reason there is a 4 star on ease of use, but once you get it, you will love it.
