The ability to have so much customization from the ability to build out forms, views, reporting, etc. Support is fantastic as well.
Formidable Forms is super easy to use, the documentation is excellent, and the features keep coming. I love that there is constant development of features, and the customer services is top notch.
Cons
Whenever I compare this tool with similar options, I must admit that I consistently fail to identify any downsides that warrant mention at this point in time.
The cost is a bit prohibitive for our small fire department.
There is no additional notification on the phone. This would solve several problems.
But, if your website already struggles with load time or speed in general, adding views on your pages may slow things down.
"I highly recommend Formidable Forms"
Pros: Longtime user of Formidable Forms on MANY sites, and use it daily. The forms are amazing, but it's the features that seal the deal for me. I use almost everything offered in some form. Conditional formatting, zapier integration, Mailchimp, Woocommerce, Views... You name it, Formidable does it! It's pretty easy straightforward and simple to implement. Customer support is always incredible.
Cons: The only negative for me is how Formidable's media upload folder can get bloated if one uses it to display views with large lists containing images.
"Amazing form plugin"
Overall: Been using Formidable Forms for just over 3 years now. We use it daily for our customers and internally. It's got a ton of great features and addons that really make it standout. The UI is very user friendly and there's an ever growing library of articles and videos on the Formidable Forms website to push the plugin beyond being a simple form plugin.
Pros: Great form plugin with an amazing amount of functionality that continues to grow and innovate. Excellent customer support and a wealth of very good FAQ's and howtos.
Cons: Nothing really. The UI has improved considerably over the 3 years I've been using the plugin, which was my only original issue.
"One of the better WordPress form plugins, with some limitations"
Overall: We've used Formidable forms on various WordPress sites, particularly when the website requires an interactive or more advanced type of form, which Formidable definitely excels at.
Pros: Formidable is a great WordPress form plugin at its' core, and comes packed with a ton of features that other form plugins try to charge for. If you only need basic forms, you won't find a better plugin that's well-built and easy to use as Formidable. The paid version of Formidable is also awesome, with some pretty nifty features such as pageable (sliding) forms, and 3rd party integrations
Cons: If you're a developer who needs to make style customization and modifications, Formidable will give you quite the headache. Given the limitations of the plugin, and the way the code is structured, some basic CSS styling takes significantly more work than it should.

Overall: My experience with Formidable Forms has been excellent. The plugin is robust, reliable, and packed with features that simplify complex tasks like user registration. The support team is also responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Formidable Forms to anyone looking for a powerful and user-friendly form solution for WordPress.
Pros: What I liked most about Formidable Forms is the new User Registration Repeater. It has significantly streamlined the process of creating multiple user accounts, saving me a tremendous amount of time and effort. I also appreciate the plugin's user-friendly interface and extensive customization options.
Cons: I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks with Formidable Forms yet. Small setbacks are quickly handled by the Customer Service.
"Easy to use, creativity is endless, and worth every penny."
Overall: Absolutely love the product, the support, and the additional application forms already available on their website.
Pros: The best part about Formidable Forms is that you have the capability to design your forms any way that you want to. You can have your forms automatically notify you when someone fills them out, and you can setup an automatic email responder regarding however they filled out the form. It makes your work easier. Automate your work, so that you spend less time working and more time making money.
Cons: The renewal price for the highest plan is really high. I would like it to come down to $250 yearly or less. Otherwise, I may have to make a change in the future. As a entrepreneur and starting out on my own while supporting 5 kids and my wife, it's not easy to continue paying with such high costs.
