The forms are amazing, but it's the features that seal the deal for me. I use almost everything offered in some form. Conditional formatting, zapier integration, Mailchimp, Woocommerce, Views... You name it, Formidable does it! It's pretty easy straightforward and simple to implement. Customer support is always incredible. Cons The only negative for me is how Formidable's media upload folder can get bloated if one uses it to display views with large lists containing images. September 1, 2024 5.0 Pros The infinity of things you can create. You really have no limits, it is not a simple form to receive contacts, it is much more! You can create a personalized registration form, you can create an email list that you will then use to inform your employees for example, you can create personalized pages through a form and much more! Calling it a FORM is really reductive. I recommend it! Cons If I have to find a "defect" it is the poor integration with page builders like Elementor (the most famous) and the poor integration with SMS gateways, you can only use it with Twilio and it's a shame. Automate your work, so that you spend less time working and more time making money. Cons The renewal price for the highest plan is really high. I would like it to come down to $250 yearly or less. Otherwise, I may have to make a change in the future. As a entrepreneur and starting out on my own while supporting 5 kids and my wife, it's not easy to continue paying with such high costs. Pros Relatively easy to use, with a lot of advanced features. It's great but overkill for what most users will need from a forms plugin. Cons Support was difficult to work with when I did have issues. They would send back solutions unrelated to my issues, if I send downloads or videos as reference they would not watch or download them before answering me, and multiple times their solution was "don't use other plugins." I've only had to contact them a couple times in two years and both times I got the same representative, so hopefully it's not a company-wide issue.It's really a shame, because I love the plugin itself, but that kind of support doesn't give me a lot of confidence when it comes to using it on client sites. Hopefully they can get those issues under control, it has a lot of potential if so! Some of the things we do now, all paperless are; Student enrollment and payments; Keeping up to date records by auto sending emails for updated documentation at the correct time to each student or assessor; Multiple assessors countrywide uploading and assessing student assignments online; Moderators having immediate access to students work and assessors reports at any time from anywhere; Instant generation of reporting functions for the education authorities oversight and quality management role; Views showing snapshots of students progress with hyperlinks to every conceivable piece of data required by quality assurance and assessors throughout the process, and 'To Do' list automatically generated for each person who logs in based on their role ; Students have access to their own data at all times and can see their own progress; Students can maintain and view personal logbooks built into the system which also doubles as evidence for assessor to check currency of participation; The list goes on and on... Our site has over 80 forms with 426 Views. Cons I an not competent with writing code myself, so battle with tasks involving custom code, but there are lots of samples available as well so this helps.
