The customer service is quick, polite and I feel like they are a coworker of mine every time I am communicating with someone there. I have zero complaints just always hunger for more more more as I'm sure the Julius team is as well Pros I really like how user friendly it is between searching, the actual information, the output, etc. it's all very clear and concise and well thought through. Cons I just wish there was more we could find out. Even if it's not super concrete data - like key words perhaps may reveal that they are Spotify users. Any questions or concerns I have is always answered in a timely manner. The tracking/checking of the influencer's content is very much applicable. And the customer service has been wonderful - Barbra is so responsive and so ready to help us with anything we need. She's been able to quickly and efficiently show us how to utilize certain features that has taken us a few tries to get right. Cons While the interface is clean, some of the search features were difficult to navigate. Once I learned it though it was fine. I dislike that influencers need to opt in for story tracking - I completely understand the reasons behind it, however. I'm sure other platforms require that authentication as well. From providing a bird's eye view of total following to sharing breakdowns of follower demos, it's a great resource is trying to better understand how we are reaching consumers. Cons I think the biggest short-coming of Julius is really in two areas: One being the different affinity areas within influencer followings, as well as benchmarks/comparative analysis between influencers. It would be really helpful to better understand which influencers pop for a given interest area and for the benchmarks associated with that affinity to be a bit clearer to understand. That has made a huge amount of difference. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive and is built on historical data, which means it is not vulnerable to the increasingly walled off islands of social media data, and that makes it invaluable to our company. The specificity available in the platform is incredible. Cons I have no real issues with HYPR, great platform, wonderful people. Pros Love the data/analytics available for athletes, especially the demographics of their audience on social. Pros I like that I can search for influencers, see their audience and channels, and find contact details. Cons I have found that their metrics and rate suggestions they offer are pretty inaccurate and inconsistent at times. Cons I have found that there are many discrepancies with the contact information. I often have to go check IMBDPro which always has the correct contacts for Agents/Managers. I've been equally impressed both with the software infrastructure, as well as the HYPR team's work with with our team at Meredith. Cons My only complaint would be that the influencer database sometimes has incorrect and incomplete information on each influencer (incorrect location, ethnicity, contact info, etc.). These statistics are largely important to me when designing diverse campaigns. Cons One con of this product is the number of influencers on this platform. For many campaigns I work on, I am required to find a variety of influencers for a variety of industries, and the Julius interface, while having many top tier influencers, does not have many micro or nano influencers. With the click of a few buttons, the accuracy and amount of results found is outstanding. You can also narrow down your search to be very specific, which is a huge plus. " July 31, 2020 3.0 Pros If a user is already inserted into the platform, there is great information. Cons I would value a larger group of people (even if data is not currently available). I want to use Julius as an influencer search tool, if I am searching Car photographer, in Florida, female, I would hope to get at least 1-2 examples. I don't get anything. I feel like it's very focused on lifestyle influencers but it would be nice to have a wider base of people. I often get hung up on certain search features as I don't feel like the filters correctly apply to my searched. Pros I like that I am able to find influencers for our marketing campaigns. Cons The influencer filters don't always seem to work properly. Also, the influencer locations are not always correct.
