We love how easy it is to customize and integrate the videos into our Patroen page. Any issues and work arounds have been quickly resolved with the customer care team at our service. **Cons:** Often we are unable to upload directly from mobile (probably due to a cloud error on our end), so we need to first transfer it to a computer and then from there upload via a web browser. It would be great to have a built in editor on SproutVideo so we could trim the videos that are already uploaded.
