Have not had any real problems with the service or functionality. Pros Love how these videos work on both Mac and PC. Also like how you can set up private links with passwords to some videos. Our use it to host self-defense and fitness videos for my clients. I like the fact that I can assign each person a username and choose what they see and how long they see it for. Pros User friendly.
