It has saved us so much time and it is also very user-friendly. Pulling reports is also very quick and efficient. The product is definitely worth the investment! I also want to mention that I am very impressed with the tech support team and their competence and quick response time! Cons It would be ideal if there is a way the system would automatically apply the license to the remaining mailboxes that need to be covered when adding licenses.
