Pros: Real real good support,
Your can use it for various task.
Manage your inventory, your staff, your trials, your subjects and more

Cons: Can be a bit slow sometimes (not as slow as open clinica)
You need some time to get used to phoenix (guess not a real disadvantage as this is normal for such products)
