I love that the support team is readily available and will go above and beyond to fix an issue that arise. Pros The software is intuitive and easy to use. For those time where you need assistance their support team is readily available to help and located in Australia. I love that we don't need to worry about API integrations with the All-In-One system. Cons I can't think of any to be honest. It's been a good experience. Switched from [OWNA](https://www.capterra.com/p/209399/OWNA/) Kinder M8 was better suited to a growing organisation with better reporting functionality. OWNA's support was also average at best.
