Solides und gut erklärbares Programm, keine Probleme mit dem Service dieser ist immer sehr Hilfsbereit Die Planung ist schnell zu lernen und einfach gehalten, obwohl das Programm sehr Umfangreich ist.

Pros

Die einfache Strukturierung des Programmes, das sich selbsterklärende Programm ist für jeden einfach zu verstehen und jeder kann dies in kürzester Zeit bedienen.

Cons

Ein Nachteil ist: Ich kann nicht in Schichten planen sondern nur in Personal

Reasons for choosing biduum

Für uns war ganz klar das Pries Leistungsverhältnis welches die Entscheidung getroffen hat. Einige andere Programme die im Preis ungefähr gleich lagen konnten nicht was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Hier hat biduum deutlich mehr Vorsprung.

Pros

Am hilfreichsten ist der überaus freundliche, prompte Support. Vielen Dank! Sind die individuellen Lösungen gefunden ist letztendlich die Software gut zu verstehen, leicht zu bedienen und übersichtlich gestaltet. Ich bin noch in der Testphase und bin gespannt, wie es läuft, wenn dann die Mitarbeiter Zugang haben. Mir gefällt die Kombination aus Dienstplaner, Urlaubsplaner und Zeiterfassung - genau das, was ich brauche. Wir sind ein kleiner Betrieb mit Teilzeitkräften, alle mit unterschiedlicher Wochen- und Tagesarbeitszeit und auch regelmäßig wechselnder Wochenarbeitszeit. All das kann entsprechend eingegeben werden!

Cons

Man braucht einfach eine Zeit und auch die Hilfe vom super Support!, bis man sich wirklich auskennt. Dann ist es allerdings gut zu händeln!

Pros

Sehr gute Anwenderfreundlichkeit, leicht zu verstehen, sehr freundlicher und direkter Support! Wir haben Vertrauensarbeitszeit und sehr viele verschiedene Dienstzeiten, die man alle flexibel einrichten und erfassen kann. In allen Bereichen sehr übersichtliche Gestaltung, sowohl für die Administration als auch bei der Nutzung. Sogar individuelle Wünsche werden kurzfristig berücksichtigt!

Cons

Eine Verknüpfung mit unserem Praxis Programm Pegasus wäre jetzt noch eine tolle Ergänzung.

Biduum ist ein sehr netter Geschäftspartner. Die Mitarbeiter\*innen sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros

Diensteinteilung von einzelnen Mitarbeiter durch copy and paste zu übertragen. Gute Übersicht für das komplette Team (wer, wann anwesende ist und eventuell im Krankheitsfall einspringen könnte)

Cons

Leider gibt es bis heute keine Möglichkeit eine Schnittstelle zu unserer Praxissoftware zu nutzen - somit entstehen doppelte Arbeitsschritte im Eintragen der Dienste. Dies liegt allerdings nicht an biduum - leider ist vetz unsere Praxissoftware nicht sehr flexibel diesbezüglich. Sehr schade!

Super Dienstplaner ich konnte als Anfänger eine Dienstplanung erstellen die für alle Mitarbeiter übersichtlich und verständlich ist.

Pros

Das Einloggen mit dem Handy finde ich sehr gut, die App um die Arbeitszeiten zu Erfassen sehr einfach zu bedienen.

Cons

Eine Filterfunktion die alle Fehlbuchungen der Mitarbeiter anzeigen würde, wäre hilfreich.

Pros

Die Software ist intuitiv und für alle Mitarbeitenden leicht zu bedienen. Durch eine Applikation ist der Zugriff vom Smartphone möglich, was das Erfassen der tatsächlichen Ist-Zeit entspannt und direkt ermöglicht. Die Verwendung von Farben und das Erstellen von Obergruppen schaffen einen Überblick, zu lange Arbeitszeiten und Überstunden werden gut erkennbar gemeldet. Die PDF-Funktion vereinfacht die Übermittlung an Steuerberater oder Finanzamt.

Cons

Um als Administrator\*in (nicht als nutzende Mitarbeiter\*in) alle Funktionen kennenzulernen, muss man sich etwas länger mit der Software beschäftigen - hat man alle Möglichkeiten entdeckt und eine gewisse Vorarbeit (das Eintragen der Sollstunden etc.) geleistet, ist das Tool einfach zu bedienen und nimmt einem eine Menge Arbeit ab.
