Pros: We have been using ADDA for almost 6 years now. The member invoicing module is very well designed. It's a quick resolution to all issues in a residential complex, be it the complaints, booking of common facilities or management of funds. The customer support is excellent. You approach them with a problem and their full support team swings into immediate action.

Cons: I used to dislike the UI of the App but with the latest update, they have rolled in a new extremely user-friendly UI.

Overall: We were looking for an automated solution for apartment management. We came across ADDA in 2012. It became so simple after this. User management, Income/Expense tracker, Helpdesk tracker are all really good.
