Our agency completely went Paperless with FormDox on-boarding Solution. Reduce the time to file papers and look for an employee chart; Best of all FormDox's Scheduling and Staff-finder is the best in the market because we can match caregiver with patients with just a click of a button and see a live map of caregivers and patients in real time view. It takes us less than a minute to find a staff using FormDox's Staff-finder for new patients thus reducing time to call aide one by one but rather focus more on accepting more referrals. Pros FormDox is easy,friendly and we were able to all our agency forms electronically signed to make our hiring process simple. Surveyor can now view our employee charts electronically with a simple click. Freedom to access all employee records anywhere in the World, so I don't have to be sitting in my office all the time to be in complaint with the State rules and regulations. Cons I don't have any known issues with FormDox. The Platform works with almost no issues or need to call support at all. They also provided me with 24/7 customer support if there is any issues.
