System can be glitchy at times and require weekly data browser cache clearing to maintain functionality.

Pros

Easy to use and configure to your organizational needs. Provides the ability to customize some fields within the system.

Cons

Workflow management. It offers the ability to have workflows used in the system and gives the end user the ability to comment within each workflow step to acknowledge/comment on any issue that may of occurred during the step task. Here is the issue, Wealthbox does not offer Search capabilities within Workflows.... so we have a lot of lost data. Or we have to dead scroll the client's wall to find the data....

Overall, we have had a good experience.

Pros

It is easy to use. It allows client management and task tracking. I like the 'Tag' process.

Cons

Printing a selection is not as easy as it should be. There is a lot of less than and greater than information. This can get complicated. It would be easier to just have a selection of criteria available to pull into a text window and print from those criteria. It's a bit of a run around.

I did not work here when the product was chosen but I have heard that price was a big factor.

I highly, highly recommend Wealthbox. It is a great platform with a wide selection of integral-to-my-life features that keep me coming back many times an hour, every day of the working week. It might be one of my most visited websites... not because it is arduous or monotonous, but because it is an staple in my professional (and sometimes personal) life.

Pros

I like how Wealthbox is a centralized location for so much of our firm and so much of my life alike. When I am working, this software is always lulling in the background somewhere. I reference it often throughout the day. I can task myself; I can task other people to complete something imperative and direct to their natures; I can book my schedule and work with others around theirs. I feel organized, appreciative to and thankful for Wealthbox which houses a plethora of information.

Cons

When searching for a client at the search bar, there is little to no information about them beside their name. In short, the contact management is not my favorite feature. Wealthbox could benefit from a more polished contact page as well. It looks... messy. There is not a cohesive, consistent feel. I am also not a fan of the Contacts > Tags or Contacts > Manage Tags section on Wealthbox. It feels underdeveloped and incorrect. Contacts > Click a Tag > Filtering by is also an area I do not feel benefits the strengths of Wealthbox's capabilities.
