Owner Financial Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Excellent CRM - Highly Recommended" September 3, 2021 5.0 Wealthbox is a fantastic solution for my practice to stay organized and productive while systematizing the key processes that need to be executed for my clients. Pros Wealthbox is truly central to the way I operate my financial planning practice. It's intuitive and easy to use for task management, workflows and utilizing templates for email (if you have email integration). They seem to have a good focus on the most important things needed to run a practice and do not get bloated down by non-essential features. I highly recommend any CRM shoppers to consider this product. Cons There is nothing that is essential that is missing from this software from my point of view. Improvements can always be made, perhaps with the reporting capabilities and field customizations. But I have not found anything that slows me down. Review Source MC Mack C. I find myself working as a team with another advisor and their staff more often, and Wealthbox makes it easy to coordinate efforts across multiple team members. Pros Wealthbox integrates seamlessly with every other software that I use on a daily basis. It acts as the hub for my daily tasks. The fact that it is web-based like all my other software is a huge plus as well. Cons No software is without it's quirks, but online support is usually quick to remedy. I appreciate the promptness of response from the technical department whenever we identify issues. Pros I am an administrative assistant and this software was in place when I started in my position. I had never used a CRM before and appreciated the ease of use and the ability to learn it quickly. The feature to save our emails to Wealthbox enhances our ability to keep complete records on our clients in the CRM. We are currently working on integrating our TDA and SEI clients to Wealthbox and excited to get that information shared saving us steps from having to log into their websites for current information. Cons The only feature I do not like is the "head of household" feature and how it displays the spouse and children. I still need to add on other programs in order to accomplish everything I do for my clients, but I am hoping that Wealthbox will be able take over some of those functions in the future. Pros It's easy to get up and going with Wealthbox. It's basic features like notes, tasks, and calendar are simple and intuitive compared with other CRMs. Cons I would like the workflows to have more automation built into them. It's helpful to be reminded of tasks I need to complete as part of a workflow, but it would be more helpful if Wealthbox integrated more with my other tools to actually complete some tasks for me automatically. I keep track of all client data, all that I have to do for them, and all of their next steps too. Pros This product is very easy to use, quite intuitive. As a new CRM user, I was delighted to find a product that does not require much training. All features are easy to learn on the site. I can even personalize some field, and I find that very helpful. Cons I would like to add/edit the Additional Info area, but I don't think I can customize those. As my firm has grown I will be cancelling my subscription soon as I am going with another provider. Pros The features of Wealthbox are very easy to use and very intuitive. The UI is a clean layout and the mobile app is stellar. Cons There is a lack of automation within Wealthbox, as far as automatically kicking off workflows before or after certain events. Also, I always found it a bit of a headache that while you can search note content, it does not include searching replies to notes, events, and tasks. User friendly Cons Lack of updates and ability to customize as much as we need. When multiple tabs of Wealthbox are open sometimes the information we add to a profile doesn't update. Integration with Albridge, Orion and other asset aggregation to tools. Integration with google/gmail. I don't know how I could operate my office without WealthBox! Cons Inputting addresses is not efficient. Householding is not very flexible for multiple generations. Mobile app is very limited in functionality. It makes physical chronological timelines irrevelent. Pros Although not too fascinated with software and technology, I've found that the Wealthbox program is quite easy to use. It is intuitive so it does not require massive training. Cons My least favorite aspect of the program is the "reconnect" that is necessary if I've been out of the office for several weeks and need to sign back on. It was quick to learn, and the customer support is top-notch. Along with this, the company seems to be willing to look into integrations with numerous partners, as each of my other software programs within my tech stack integrates into the platform. Very impressed and a daily driver of my business. Cons There are no major features that I feel are missing from the platform. In a perfect world, I may ask to group notifications or remove some items from my dashboard view. Still, these do not affect the use of the product and do not affect my recommendation. After my email, it's the first thing I open on the morning and I'm on it literally all day. It's indispensable Pros WB is intuitive and easy to use. I've recommended it multiple times. It's also cost effective Cons There's very little I don't like. No system is perfect for all users but WB fits our firm and the users about as well as we could expect.
