Pros

The ease at which I could build tools for my organization. I use it now as the basis of all my daily operations.

Cons

There are a few things that worked better in contact types and working with businesses.

Wealthbox is a great CRM unfortunately as one's practice grows Wealthbox didn't. You would submit ideas and they would not implement them. They seemed more concerned about integrating with everyone else.

Pros

I liked the easy of use and how simple it was to upload information, the screen was very clean and loved the different colors.

Cons

I didn't like that you always had to go to another screen to find out information regarding client's account values, and accounts.

Cons

Takes a bit of time too customize. Personal custom service needs can take a while.

Great experience from day one.

Pros

Most user friendly CRM we've ever used. I love that everything you need access to, relative to a contact, is all in one place. I have personally reached out to support on a number of occasions and they are always very responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

Would love to see more integrations with companies in the Investment industry.

Pros

I like that the developers have a good understanding of our industry and so there is a spot already built into the software for most things we need to keep track of with each client.

Cons

When there are glitches or bugs in the software it seems like it can take a long time to get them resolved. In the meantime we have to create all these work-arounds, which are typically not that convenient or easy.

Pros

Love how easy it is to use. It is formatted like all the social media we have gotten used to using, so it makes learning it's ins and outs very simple.

Cons

I miss being able to notate accounts by searching a tag and notating all accounts that have that tag. Also I have noticed that the email sync always needs to be redone.

Pros

flexibility, clarity of screens, features

Cons

Too many clicks to get to where I want to be. (Not enough shortcuts.) No pre-made workflows that I could either modify or learn from. (As opposed to the learning curve to set up my own.)

Reason for choosing Wealthbox

For 1-2 employees, Wealthbox was more cost effective. for 3 and up, I may consider switching to Redtail.

Client Relationships and documentation is great.

Pros

The easy of integration, implementation, and overall usage has been great. The flexibility with Wealthbox with the app is amazing.

Cons

Sometimes the lack of training and understanding on my end seems to limit the usability. The cost can be expensive with multiple users.

Overall, Wealthbox is a great tool that we use everyday. I would recommend it to any of my peers

Pros

I really like the ease of taking notes in the software. It also allows us to have most of the suitability information required by our firm.

Cons

Its difficult to bulk upload information. When using the file upload feature, we can only upload one file at a time from our computer.

It has been an okay product. Helps me meet compliance requirements, but I am ready to upgrade and find something that meets the needs of my business a little better.

Pros

It's very affordable, which meets the needs of my small business.

Cons

I do not find the product intuitive to use, and record keeping and searching is a little difficult. I am actually looking at new products to fulfill the role that Wealthbox currently serves for my business.

Overall very positive and pleased with how it has improved my business.

Pros

Being able to keep track of conversations and notes, creating workflows so I don't miss a step in bringing clients on board, and the email templates that help save time so I don't have to write them over and over again.

Cons

When I send an email from Wealthbox, it doesn't show the sent history from Gmail. So it makes me want to send emails from Gmail rather than from Wealthbox.

The interface was more intuitive and integrated.

Overall, it has been a really good experience and I expect the issues I have will only get better.

Pros

The most important is ease of use which WB has done a decent job. I can quickly go in and find the client items I need, update information, or add an entirely new client.

Cons

I dont like the e mail feature and use it every week. There are too few features such as fonts and other things to make the emails visually appealing. I also dont like the limited timing allowed on work flows. If I complete a workflow sometimes waiting until the next day for the next WF step is too late.

The ease of use is the best part. It's very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Cons

The outlook integration hasn't been the smoothes addition. I know it is in beta but hasn't been the most user-friendly.

Easy to use, built for a modern advisory practice

Cons

Hard to get workflows to do what you need, wish dashboard could be reorganized/customized, autosave of notes OR warning if you log off before saving (currently it only saves for 24 hours)

Pros

Has a lot of great features that brings most of the client's information to quick and easy access.

Cons

Lack of easy access to customer service. Not having a direct phone line for service is definitely a HUGE disappointment. Some of the functionality needs to be updated as well.

The workflow, CRM features and intuitive set up has been easy to use and learn for our Team and has helped us bring more structure and order to our practice.

Integration with our firm's internal systems would be a bonus and hopefully will progress as time goes on

We had another CRM that was not using the most recent technology, Welathbox is just so great and the site is clean and easy to navigate.

Pros

The integration aspect, makes my work so much easier, also Wealthbox helped so much with the transfer of data from our previous CRM to them, it was very seamless

I don't have any thing that least like I have enjoyed everything.

We work with American Funds for investments and it would be nice if we could pull in account information instead of manual entry.
