Editing contacts isn’t as simple as it should be. Also, the birthday field shouldn’t take multiple steps to find and edit.

Wealthbox has been a very positive experience. More so than what I was expecting.

Pros

This system has been very helpful in keeping notes and information on our clients for current and future meetings.

Cons

I believe you should not have to add the client and spouse separate to attach them. However, I have found a good way to keep all together without adding extra contacts which has been very easy and helpful.

Pros

The simplicity of it. It does not require much time to learn and it's easy to use on a daily basis.

Cons

The biggest complaint is that for a husband/wife, I have to enter their address twice rather than having the ability to add an address for the household and let it flow down.

Wealthbox is great for helping me minimize my time spent on non client-facing tasks. It keeps me organized and plays wells with other software I need to run my business

Pros

This crm is easy to set up and implement, especially if you are a solo operation. It also offers integrations with almost any other software your firm may use. I especially like the optional email integration and think its worth the extra cost. I also like the tags feature

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative to say. My other experience with a CRM is a customized version of salesforce which was built for a giant firm and was much less user friendly.

I'm on my 4th CRM over last decade and this is the best CRM I have used...good support, notes are very easy to use and you don't need a PHD to be able to get up and running.

Pros

Easy to use and the integrations with Outlook, Precise FP and other apps.

Cons

I would like to be able to automate some tasks better with Emails...I would like this to be my main hub for all zaps...so it triggers mid-year and annual reviews, birthdays, new client onboarding, and anniversary emails.

The use of different tags in different parts of the program is a little confusing and disjointed (tasks vs. notes, vs. contacts, etc.)

We enjoy the workflow feature, the ease of which you can add tasks, and the fact that the entire team's CRM is integrated with each other.

Cons

Since the product is mostly American, we can't link it to our custodian to pull in account values.

This is my CRM and it allows me to keep track of clients and activities without having a lot of functionality that I don't need. I have used a competitor and it was overwhelming.

Pros

Integration is seamless and easy to set up. Customer service is awsome!

Cons

I would like to see the ability when assigning a day to a recurring activity, that if that day falls on a weekend, it shows up on Friday.
