I'm able to efficiently keep up with all my client notes, projects, due dates, etc. I don't waste time repeating simple tasks over and over.

Pros

How it integrates with other software services I use.

Cons

Honestly I think it has everything. Very good product.

Redtail was very clunky, with no wow factor. I was only able to use it for note keeping. Couldn't easily store emails and documents in an organized fashion. Couldn't change notes, so if you entered something incorrectly, it would have to stay there forever.

I have used most other popular CRM programs, and this is the easiest for me to use. The program fits my need to run my advisory business.

Pros

User Friendly and makes sense to use intuitively.

Cons

When compared to other programs, it's difficult to find dislikes.

Just getting started using it and finding more ways to utilize it. Like that you can assign tasks, put notes, etc. on each client. The tags are easy and helpful.

Pros

Pretty easy to use. Has most of the info we need.

Cons

Set-up was a little clunky. Wish Household would grab some of the info (email/phone from the contact.

I find it very intuitive and well-designed. I love how quick it is to take a note and tag a client in it. I'm still working on getting all my workflows organized just the way I want but find the feature very useful. I haven't used another CRM, so I can't compare it to other products, however, that's also a testament to how easy it was for me to just start using without enduring hours of training or constantly consulting the help section.

Pros

It integrates with every piece of software I need it to. Easy to use and customize exactly how I want.

Cons

Must upgrade to Pro plan to get email syncing.

Pros

The system is fairly intuitive. Appreciate the layout and client display.

Cons

There is no way to test send an email before it is sent via Broadcast email. Additionally, an enter key sent the email, way uncool. Also, would like to have the option to store docs in the cloud that are not client related.

Wealthbox does the work of three people if you keep things updated. It lets me spend more time working with my clients.

usiness. As a CRM, Compliance (RIA in A Box), Portfolio (Schwab), Planning(MoneyGuide Pro),Email, Phone,Etc. It helps me to pretty much automate my practice.

Cons

Some issues with integration, yet nothing that was unexpected.

I haven't found anything I don't like. Some CRM marketing software were less expensive but WB seemed to be a better fit for our firm

I’ve been using it for over 3 months now and haven’t had any issues. They are continually adding more integrations and features and provide a ton of training.

Pros

I like the ease of being able to enter contact information. There are lots of great integrations with other software. The app is very useful as well.

Cons

Workflows need to improve. The email section needs more customization- font & size for example

Pros

Of the niched down CRMs I've used (this one is for Financial Planners), Wealthbox is very good. Is it as robust as SFDC, HubSpot, etc? No. But it's going to get your small advisory where you need to be - and you can store sensitive data, which many of the bigger CRMs will not let you do.

Cons

There aren't a lot of "out of the box" integrations, so you'll find yourself using Zapier or something similar to connect to other platforms.
