自社部門のユーザーが多いため、Microsoft 365データの管理がかなり大変。このソフトウェアを利用することによって、管理にかかる時間コストを大幅に削減できる。

Pros

マルチクラウド(Microsoft 365、Salesforce、Google Workspaceなど)に対応しているため、データのバックアップが楽になる。さらにバックアップ対象を定期的に自動スキャンしてくれるため、バックアップ対象の追加、ユーザー権限の管理にかかる時間コストが大幅に減る。また機械学習によって、自動的にランサムウェアによる攻撃を検知できるため、セキュリティ面も優秀。

Cons

値段は少々高い。また、基本Ｂ２Ｂに合わせて作られている。可能であれば将来的にＢ２Ｃ向けの製品も作ってほしい。

I have used FLY and DocAve both as a user and implementer. I recommended and deployed DocAve and GA as as consultant

Pros

1) Variety of features 2) Ease of deployment 3) Ease of Use 4) Scalability 5) Ability to add modules as required

Cons

1) Cost of AOS for certain complex requirements can be very high(GA and DoCave) 2) AvePoint GA module can be difficult to use in some cases

Reasons for choosing AvePoint

The applications and scalability my client needed. AvePoint Online services was fit for purpose

Pros

Migration from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 was a breeze. Support was on hand every step of the way. Price is well worth the service. Definitely recommend people to give them a shot.

Cons

The only con I would say, and it's not that bad is the sales guys asking for an update everyday on whether we would be purchasing it or not. Again, not a big deal, I get it. But when I say i'll give you an answer when I have an answer, that should be ok for a bit.
