Pros

This system works reasonably well for SpEd documentation. It’s also above average for attendance, grades, and student data.

Cons

The pages of SpEd documents time out quickly. If you don’t exit and return every 5-10 minutes, you can lose entries and be forced to recreate them.

We have been using this software for over 10 years, myself for 5. There is so much you can do with it and I am still learning everyday on how I can make it work for me!

Pros

This software has many uses, for me it is the administration side that I use. My favorite is the report functions, any report you can think of you can get! Import functions are a time saver for me as well as their ability to "talk" to other software.

Cons

There isn't anything I really don't like, I would recommend before you get frustrated to just call customer service. It can be overwhelming with all that it offers but is well worth the time to learn it!

As a teacher I attended more intense training (a couple of years ago). The training was not designed for individuals, more for school administration. When I asked about how to add assignments, the people who developed the program were stumped just as I was.

Pros

It seems that it has functionality for the school administration and perhaps connects with the state SIS.

Cons

The gradebook program is time-consuming, difficult to manage, and the reports generated do not have a professional look to them. The system has to be "managed" by an admin (who, for me, is off-site) and there are limitations as to what that person can do. It isn't very adaptable and doesn't seem to be the best system for teachers to use daily.

Used it for grading and attendance, mostly. Was effective and simple to understand.

Pros

I liked that it offered a way to view classes in the program by grades or compare grades for a specific assignment to allow for an average to be calculated.

Cons

I did not like that it could only be used in internet explorer. It was a pain to have to do everything else in one browser and this in a separate browser program because of functionality issues.

Pros

I like how easy it is to navigate the sites and that they are on top of new updates.

Cons

It does tend to crash from time to time and you do need to be hooked up to a internet hardline and not wireless or you will have lag time.
