AMAZING! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have been wonderful. From quickly setting up our dashboards, to offering a team training on the software and finally their quick customer service with technical issues. They are amazing and we look forward to trying the check in and out feature this summer.

Pros

We like that it is user friendly, that families do not have to retype information from year to year, and that we are able to send custom messages.

Cons

We wish that there was another step after "Submitted," which could be "APPROVED" because if we send a re-confirm email and they turn Green there is nowhere to note that the application was resubmitted or checked. We are using the "Note" feature to deal with this issue now. We are also worried about WiFi, but will touch base on any issue if we experience them.

ePACT has provided us with more efficiency in collecting needed information and gave staff greater access to information when they are in the field.

Pros

Liked the fact that we had uniformity with questions/answers, customers will not need to complete paperwork on a yearly basis, just provide updates. Managers could see/share participant information and add comments if appropriate. Reporting filters were good

Cons

Still learning -- need to become more knowledgeable about all reporting and how best to set up future forms. There was a learning curve with customers, but I think that is to be expected with the first year of use

Nothing but positive experience. I like the fact that continually improve their software. Waiting 3 years for someone to fix an issue is aggravating. That doesn't happen with epact.

Pros

Having access to our campers records digitally. It is nice to know that if we are off site and we need to contact a parent we have access to all their records from our phone. Also that is works seamlessly with our Registration software Active.net

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps it the fact that sales executive left.

We use Epact to send out messages to our parents and keep attendance. It is easy to use.

Pros

It helps with keeping attendance and providing some legal documentation for the students.

Cons

We are not able to keep track of the students' sizes for clothes and shoes.

Overall it's been a good experience with helpful staff and troubleshooting by the staff. I think it's necessary for our program to be successful. I just wish the parents would take the time to fill it out like they are told countless times.

Pros

Easy access to data for each child/participant/parent. The fact that the user has to go in submit the data.

Cons

I don't think it's really anything to do with the software, more so it's just the laziness of the parent going in and submitting the data for their child. This drove me nuts because this information was very important for us to have in the case of an emergency.

customer service for set up has been awesome user friendly still learning the ins and outs

shared with other programs when things are completed correctly, the ease of finding information quickly

Cons

no Spanish translation I can't see the parent view when they call and ask questions about how to finish profile still don't understand how it talks with ACTIVE wish there was better training on the program.. maybe there is an I was just not informed of it

Pros

Saves electronic sign ins, eliminates paper, personalization to questions, record access offline

Cons

Several enhancements could be made. Requesting them as they come up and staff is great about listening and implementing. Could be faster. More features are needed on computer that are only available on the app. Example creating a sign in sheet. A lot of accounts incomplete and people don't know why so it needs to be very known to customer what they are missing so we can download files.

For families that are unsure of what they are missing, there are red exclamation points on the left side of their record screen to indicate missing or incomplete information. On a mobile device, this may sometimes require a scroll to the left to see those icons - this is an element we are working to improve/fix (there is no scrolling required on the desktop version). Very helpful that ePACT talks directly with our registration software - rectrac.

Pros

Like the ability to look up information remotely using a phone. Also like that parents can update information as often as needed.

Cons

When using a phone to look up participant information you can't enlarge the photo.
