It is easy to manage for parents and staff to upload files and ensure everything is secure. it is a bit tedious waiting for parents to upload and accept their access to ePACT, but its worth it once everything is uploaded.

Pros

Pretty easy to use, took a little bit of adjusting to understand the entirety of the website. I enjoy using it, and think it is super worthwhile to use.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but it is easy to overcome if you spend some time searching around

Having a concise form available to families increases the ability for our organization to start providing care quickly. Because we are a large organization, being able to find records quickly is important. ePACT provides the ability to file and organize records in the way that is best for us.

Pros

Clear, easy to read forms. Mobile compatibility and accessible to most people and most devices. Customer service is available at all times and response time is quick.

Cons

Being able to customize the form would increase the functionality. We would like the ability to update policies for certain programs without updating policies for all programs.

The customer support team at ePACT is outstanding. Whatever questions we've had have been answered promptly and politely, and they've really gone the extra mile to get us up and running.

Pros

The reporting features really help our organization track our players with easy updates, and the ability to quickly set up shared access is a huge benefit too.

Cons

Some of the terminology, on fields and buttons and forms, was confusing for parents, so some guidance was needed this first year of use.

It has been a great experience. Cici is very helpful and makes herself available whenever needed. Tech support is also quite helpful.

Pros

User friendly for both staff and customer; functions well; clean interface; customizable; accounts can be shared from program to program as well as other agencies.

Cons

Currently, photos do not load when offline.

Reason for choosing ePACT

The ability to share accounts across districts was a nice plus and the variable customization also makes the difference.

### "Simplifying tracking for your team"

It simplifies our Minor Hockey medical information for our volunteer Safety persons. Easy access from the bench on your phone!

Pros

App access to any player’s information from anywhere.

Cons

Reporting. Printing a report or looking for specific info on the whole group (a Y/N question they’ve completed) is not a simple or easy to find feature. Not unavailable but not as simple as it could be.

### "Very smooth process learning a new program."

Pros

The software was easy to navigate. It was my first time using it and I felt I was very well supported with any questions I had. Pretty straight forward.

Cons

I did not have any major issues with the program. Anytime I had any issues or concerns I was able to readily send an email or phone for support and have someone answer my questions or concerns. My issues were never major it was more a navigation problem and knowing the best way to go about something ie. uploading player rosters. Overall no major concerns or issues.

### "My contact was a huge and great support"

Ease of useandaccess

Pros

Ease of use and quick access. It's great to have a. Information accessible in one location and once set up it's easy for families to use for other things as well.

Cons

People not doing it. I found chasing people down over and over again frustrating, as well the people who started the forms or process and not completing it. It would be nice to have a auto reminder after 24 hrs sent vs me sending to them all the time.

Cons

It would be amazing to be able to sync directly with the HCR and with other software such as TeamSnap.

Overall it's been a good experience with helpful staff and troubleshooting by the staff. I think it's necessary for our program to be successful. I just wish the parents would take the time to fill it out like they are told countless times.

Pros

Easy access to data for each child/participant/parent. The fact that the user has to go in submit the data.

Cons

I don't think it's really anything to do with the software, more so it's just the laziness of the parent going in and submitting the data for their child. This drove me nuts because this information was very important for us to have in the case of an emergency.

Reason for choosing ePACT

Ease of use from an Administrator point of view.

I wish it were easier to get an update -- eg, halfway through the season could our parents click a button that says "no, changes in health or medical history".

I'm really liking ePACT. We are using it for our emergency forms for programming and it's been very helpful. Especially because it saves everything, making it easier for parents in the long run.

Pros

\-Customer Service -Access to disconnected customers -Reduces paper waste/accessible anywhere -Marks those with flagged conditions -Ability to sort by allergies/medicines/medical conditions

Cons

\-Can't download records and files at the same time in one go -When downloading files, it saves as a zip file -If we upload a required file for a family, it still doesn't let them share their profile

The ease of use for the phone app and that all staff can have the app on their phone and access it from where ever they are.

Cons

We are still having some issues with buy-in from parents, it's a bit more time consuming the first time they fill it out, and it doesn't work very well on a phone when filling out the forms.

Pros

It is very user Friendly! I can access Information about the children easily, and send out e-mails to groups or individuals very quickly. I can also generate specific lists for things like Photos, or sunscreen, Ect.

Cons

That it does not integrate directly with my reg system. I have to generate sheets to do that. That is does not have a sign in sign out option.

Pros

I like how there is an app to see this information on site during camp and it is easy to read. It is also a secure way to keep all of this important information.

Cons

I don't like that I can't manually enter information for those who don't have computer access. It would be nice to be able to print off the form and enter in the information for participants.

ePACT is a simple to use and easy to manage. I like how quickly I was able to input all my information and ultimately have that information link to the multiple forms. It's a great program that I trust is safe and secure . It is easy to learn and easy to teach.

The customer support automation has been great. I also like that it is widely used and trusted by our client base and works with other networks.

Cons

If people have not completed their profiles, or if you have requested a profile update, you cannot access their current information.

Complete and up to date information about our members. Excellent ease of use for our volunteers and registrar. We also like the fact that access to information can be ended once our season ends. The system works great for affiliate players - their records are available to both teams.

Pros

I like the ease of use. This is easy for our members AND great for our volunteers. We were early adopters in our community and it has been very well received.

Cons

Some members have been resistant to adopting this system for sharing emergency and medical information. We find that providing information and answering their questions is key.

same system used by multiple sports in our city is the biggest benefit - do it once and share it multiple times to other sport associations

Pros

the customer service supporting the product has been awesome - the hardest part is uploading the database and figuring out the states that parents are in - the customer support worked out of hours and was always super helpful

Cons

The inability to edit the email content that you send to parents - this needs to be added to get better results in the reminder emails to the parents who are stubborn and will not complete. You need to be able to speak to the members and if necessary provide sanctions should they not complete. All of this requires the ability to edit the whole email not just a section at the bottom - it just doesnt flow.
