Less Paperwork and Easy Updating of Info

Pros

Easy to use, easy to complete, allows us to keep all of our important information in one spot and easy to update each year for returning players.

Cons

On the administration side the APP and downloading of information can be a little hard if you are on multiple teams and wish there was more support in terms of you tube videos or something for team managers/safeties to use better

Pros

The practicality of having an Emergency Card in the palm of your hands.

Cons

When parents add a 'pick-up' authorized person to their ePACT account some organizations can't see the authorization. Parents have no other choice but to keep choosing each organization to update.

### "Summer Camp Info"

Pros

I liked being able to access all medical information or dietary needs so quickly. I also liked having the photo for each camper available. It was very user friendly on the administrative side and on the user side.

Cons

When you download member records, it downloads them all together in one PDF; I would prefer it to be separate PDFs for each member, but that would be very time consuming to download.

As you noted, our member records are downloaded as a single PDF from the main admin dashboard. You can download them individually by viewing each record and downloading from within that window - this is manageable for smaller numbers of participants but if you have many, this will take a lot of time. help function is well laid out and intuitive; support is outstanding; user friendly interface that is easy to navigate; great uptake from membership on using the app; paperless

Cons

not your fault but having to run three separate databases for tracking registration medical and compliance is time consuming. Integration with Hockey Canada system would at least cut down the administration.

We no longer have to carry written personal information off sit with our programs therefore reducing liability risk. It is also saving staff find locating information.

Pros

That all information is together and easily accessible for staff. We also like being able to pull the reports on different aspects of participants profiles.

Cons

We have a fair amount of parents who struggle to complete the profile online.

I used E-PAct for 2 years as Safety Officer for Kerrisdale Little League. I found it to be user friendly, great support and customer service, easy to navigate

Cons

I did not find anything in particular that I did not like. I\`m still using Blackberry, so perhaps for a few of us out there it can have Blackberry app

Pros

Its paperless, we like the its a green product for our club. The information is available at your fingertips, any user in our organization with a smartphone can use the app. Its very easy to use. We like that returning players simply need to review the information.

Cons

Setting up the templates to load the players is time consuming. Its easy enough and the only method we can see, but still time consuming.

No more paper forms I'd say has been the biggest benefit. The amount of time it was taking to collect paper forms, file the forms, carry around binders of attendee information.

Pros

The ease of using the software and how great customer service has been. The software has everything that I was looking for all in one place making running reports great! No more paper for us!!

Cons

I haven't used the software long enough to report any cons at this point int time. My hope is even after using it for some time that I will have no cons!

Pros

I like that you can download members to your iPhone...you always have your member records at hand. I like you don't have to carry around a binder with your members medical information. Customer service is fantastic!

Cons

I wish I could pick and choose what to ask our members. Some of the information in our package we don't need but I was told I had to use all the info. I don't like how you disconnect a member...this should be an easier process. The help feature is not the greatest, its hard to find information to help yourself work through an issue.

Really good, and a great deal of improvement to the overall program from a few years ago. Our staff love the ease of information collection and access!

Pros

Data maintenance, and updating forms so much easier by going paperless! Our customers love the ease of updating their accounts, and not having to start from scratch with every new session!

Cons

Always a challenge when we don't have emails on accounts, and sometimes chasing folks to set up their account.

Less phone calls to participant parents reminding them that they need to turn in their paperwork. less paper and less staff time dealing with question.

Pros

Mobile and was customizable. Nice to send out group messages. We were able to have all staff onboard with there cell phones through the app.

Cons

Had some difficult setting up with our RecTrac software. The training was offered but it never matched up with staff availability.

Secure place for all registrant information online

Cons

When reconfirming you have to go through each section instead of just being allowed to toggle reconfirm in the last section. As well with multiple divisions in an Association you cannot move someone between divisions yourself, we have to ask for ePact help to complete it.

Having the app that shows all paperwork; and looking forwarding to using the messenger feature. Also the ease of entering administrators.

The difficulty to select groups in filters when you have many of them. Also to attach group admins to their groups is difficult.

Pros

It seems to be fairly easy to use. I kind of jumped into this role so I am trying to sort out what I am trying to do as I go.

Cons

The email instructions seem to be missing some details so I'm not sure if what I have done didn't work or if I am not seeing the next step due to another reason.

The ePACT Admin App is designed to work in offline mode as well as online, which is perfect for when there's limited or no internet connectivity. Authorized users can sync records while on an internet connection, and they'll have the most up-to-date information at the rink, even if there's no internet.
