Pros

Loved the ease of use and the customer service team - especially CSR were super responsive and help with all requests!

Cons

That parents have to submit the information before we can view it - they get confused on that part

Pros

Accessibility for teams. Confidentiality. Ability to use even with no Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Onus on the family to complete information. Ability to customize platform.

Cons

Nothing. The issues I have is getting people to complete the information - not your issue however.

Access to information; less paper used or had to be retained. Potential to use more as I become more familiar with the system and its capabilities.

Pros

Able to access all accounts and filter files. Capacity to store reports and key information long term and to be able to access that information in the next year. Potential to track trends.

Cons

Moving back and forth between some of the pages wasn't always easy; had to start over it seemed after completing a task.

Quick access to information.

Pros

How little time it takes to use. The software was usable the day I got on and there was always help if I had questions.

Cons

There is very little that comes to mind that was hard to use. The software is in a simple easy to follow format.

I like that we have files with all participants and it is an easy access to get the information we need.

Cons

It is difficult when some participants do not sign up or fill out the forms for our programs and we have no information.

Pros

Definitely the app is handy . I have not used it enough yet . Once we get closer to the season I will be using the program a lot more. The past Vice President seemed to really like it.

Cons

Haven't used it enough yet. I do not have any complaints. It seemed to have worked very well the past couple of years that our association has used it.

No paper! Customer service is exceptional. Time savings are huge since there is no distribution or collection of paper.

Pros

Love that it is paperless and easily accessible

Cons

some of our members do not want their children's information online
