I no longer feel a sense of dread when someone comes in to purchase a plot or feel that I need days to prepare for it. Pros All of the features that are available have been a life and time saver! Converting our older documents to Cemify was easy and effortless, especially because the Cemify team handled that! We got the documents ready, sent them over and they had it all done for us! If you feel like your cemetery needs to be redone, reach out to them! They will take the hard part and make it simple! Cons I have not found any that I do not like. I would like to see in the future (if possible) a seperate app to make it easier to access. But 100% not a deal breaker! Reasons for choosing Cemify We chose Cemify because of the amazing staff at Cemify. they are quick to respond and help you become more knowledgeable about cemeteries and record keeping. They are not some big brand name that once they get you as a client they forget about you, they continue to support and help and are always easy to contact. Pros What I like most about the software is the ease of usability and management within the software.It is easy to change and manipulate when using the software, as well as the work orders. This is a great software program and interacts well with our Village Website. All and all, we are very satisfied with the product. Cons The only complaint I have ever heard is if there was a way to send out work orders to multiple employees at once, however this is a small con in the scope of the program as a whole. It has streamlined my work and made my management position much more efficient. The customization that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]has done for us in the software has made the world of difference. His customer service is timely and always accommodating. I highly recommend this product and the employees that stand ready to support you and help you achieve your goals. Pros \-- ease of information in/out-- Portable - I have it with me anywhere -- It is a visual for sales as well as Funeral Directors and staff workers-- Allow for total flexibility-- Color coding allows for sales, open plots, used plots for quick recognition-- Storage of information for the public to see for research and family history Cons Haven't found any cons as of yet. It is so easy to follow the guidelines. The representative is very helpful too and very patience, and available to answer all questions regarding the system and software. Cons I have no complaints regarding this software. I have not had any problems and when I wanted something added I have always been accomodated. Reasons for choosing Cemify We chose Cemify because of cost and after talking to the representative and given all the information it was right in line with what we were looking for. Before engaging with Cemify all records were only on various forms of paper. Thanks to Cemify, all records are now on "the computer". Now additional members of the congregation can access the information. Now the records are safe from fire or theft. Pros It is easy to use and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL, always. Cons We had a few situations where we wanted our version of Cemify to be slightly modified to work better for us and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] promptly took care of every change.
