Pros: VOIP phone system was the best idea we had for phones. Nextiva has made it easy to remain a long term customer. Our office is phone dependent and if a client cannot reach us they let us hear about it. Nextiva has handled problem we have experienced with the urgency that I would expect from a professional service company. Most questions are answered before we get off the phone. The recommendations for phones was spot on. The service is reliable and the quality of sound it clear. My client never ask about the kind of phone we are using. They can't tell the difference. The billing is always correct and predictable. Never had a billing problem.

Cons: The app is a bit uncomfortable to use. In order to answer the phone I have to press a couple of keys and often the phone rings 3 -5 times before I answer. I prefer our calls answered in 2-3 rings. Now this is only a problem when out of the office and the phones are forwarded.

Pros: Hands down it has to be the customer service and the features. The customer service is outstanding and they have a team of technicians that understand the ins and outs of the products as well really care about your own personal success. Have always had a pleasant experience when working with the support guys. The features are very simple to use and are extremely useful. The combo of these two has really provided us a great overall experience.

Cons: The only con was a small issue with our set up process. There was a miscommunication between the Nextiva sales rep and the support technician which caused a delay in our phone set up. However, once the issue was identified it was resolved relatively quickly.

Overall: Extremely helpful support from Nextiva. I have to say it is one of the only companies I have worked with where calling the helpline isn¿t a painful experience. Every time I have called in I have reached someone within 5 minutes. The same goes for emailing in any questions. The response time is almost immediate. It has been 10/10 experience each time and the reps I have worked with have been some of the nicest customer support people I have ever spoken with. Their knowledge of the software and hardware, inside and out is very comforting and each time it strengthens my confidence in Nextiva as our provider. The overall service is very user friendly and very easy to manage. The features are as they say, brilliantly simple and really generate a big impact for our company. Especially, the auto attendant and call forwarding features which are excellent. Nextiva always seem to be making improvements to their service and coming out with new stuff each year, so we are very much looking forward to what is in store in the future. Keep up the great service Nextiva.

Recommendations to other buyers: Excellent value for the price. Would really recommend giving these guys a shot.

Pros: Good call quality. Didnt have any issues with the service of the phone. Did its job for a small company, but growing did not provide the same ease of use.

Cons: Outdated phones and limited features.I'm a small business owner. They put you into a contract for 2 years which is no problem other than the best companies don't need long contracts if they have a great service. That's not my issue, the sales representative never once mentioned that there is an automatic renewal for another full 2 years once the initial 2 years is done. Deceptive sales practices without a doubt, and I never would have signed up if this was the case. Great companies/services never try to lock you into contracts without your knowledge. Outdated phones, and limited options are why Nextiva does try to lock you in against your will. Plenty of no contract options, I regret ever signing up with them

Pros: Nextiva's customer service is extraordinary. It is the best thing about the company. When you have a question, need to add/drop services, need to change billing info -- anything --- they are immediately responsive and after years of doing business with Nextiva I think I can safely say that their employees are crazy happy - from tech support to accounting to customer service! I have used several VoIP providers, for onshore and offshore dialing, and Nextiva has the most consistent high quality of calls at the best dollar value. Combined with their service, there is no other company that equals them!

Cons: Nextiva could use an update on their call center user interface. It is outdated but that does not diminish the great features and usability.

Overall: Nextiva is a great value and they offer tremendous customer support.

Pros: The ability for our employees to take advantage of our communication system by having such features as call parking, voicemail to text message, and call groups. These features have allowed our business to be the best that it could be since it's eliminated time that was previously wasted by trying to figure out where the person from the right department was located. We are now a well-engine funnel of productivity and we have noticed a sizeable difference within our employees. -

Cons: It took some training for our employees to understand how to use our new business communication system properly. This should be a common notion within all companies that switch to a VoIP service.

Pros: The customer service is outstanding. They are attentive, patient, and very friendly. The service has worked great and we are very happy with everything.

Cons: Only hiccup was with our auto-attendant, however, it was fixed in a short period of time.

Overall: We were having issues with our auto-attendant. For whatever reason the dial numbers and lines were not connected properly and so customers were being directed to the incorrect lines. This had been going on for a few days before we realized it. Called into the support department and was able to reach someone right away. I spoke with a gentleman named Chris. He was very good-mannered and showed me how I was able to make the changes myself. The issue was fixed quickly and our auto-attendant was working perfectly and has been since our call. I had a few other questions for Chris and he was very patient and nice about answering all of them. He also gave me some extra tips on how to manage our network. It is always nice to know that you have a real person on the other end of the phone that can assist with anything you need. Needless to say, it was overall a great customer service experience.

Recommendations to other buyers: This company definitely takes care of its customers.

Comments: Great service team, excellent product and the installation was a breeze.

Pros: We are a fast growing business so our needs are always changing. Nextiva, has given us a service that will easily grow with us. We knew we needed voip and could not spend a huge amount. Nextiva created a package that fit exactly what we needed at the time, but does still allow for flexibility in the future. It has been a huge win for the end users here in the office, they are enjoying all of the new features and finding a lot of efficiencies as a result of the technology.

Cons: None to date. We have the system that will work for us for the unforeseeable future and at the price we wanted. I¿m sure there will be something that comes up in future but we¿ve only been live for a few weeks so hard to be specific here.

Pros: NextOS has unlocked all of this growth potential and efficiency we didn¿t know was possible with our small team. It¿s amazing and with the AI and machine learning we are not doing the heavy lifting; they bring insights to us. It¿s amazing.

Cons: It¿s creating work for our team, action items, and not everyone likes this. It¿s a game changer which means you need to be able to handle the team members that don¿t like change. A change management training module would help.

Overall: It¿s been about growth and maximizing from the beginning for us. Our worst fear is that there is more we could be doing and this tool unlocks those opportunities and delivers those insights to us immediately. Then, the team can action them. It¿s fast, and effective. If you need to level up this is the tool that can help.

Comments: This system has allowed us to focus on what we do best, we can service our customers, grow and respond fast without any trouble. It¿s been a big improvement on old system.

Pros: We have a fast growing team and the Nextiva system has been great for us as it¿s allowed us to scale up without interruption. It¿s our central hub of information and makes it simple for new employees to get up to speed and start to contribute to the team quickly.

Cons: None as far as we¿re concerned. It¿s a great system. Nextiva¿s helpful reps always walk us through the steps to set up using their intuitive software.

Comments: After 18 months, I still am learning new features. Robust software that isn't the simplest to use but has everything one could want.

Pros: Always up service! We've had some very minor interruptions, but the few we've had always cleared in a few hours. Moved our fax to a VOIP system and compounded our savings. Great app for remote work.

Cons: The interface is much more difficult to use than with some of the other providers we've worked with. A few items require support to make changes on the back end as there are features that local administrators should be able to do. Call reporting is very robust, and a little too robust with a call group (each incoming call shows on EVERY extension that rings, not just the one that answered).

Pros: Top quality product. A++ Very easy to use user portals and back-end admin software. Doesn't require you to be a communications expert or engineer to figure it out. AND, whatever you can't figure out, their amazing Enterprise Support staff can...and they do so rather quickly. They are truly amazing.

A++ customer service, very knowledgeable ' available support staff. Our Account Rep is extremely professional, friendly, attentive and responsive. When switching from 8x8 to Nextiva, we did some pretty extensive software and service comparison testing against much larger companies that supposedly offer "high tech solutions", and "superior service" and Nextiva has come out on top each and every time. I seriously love this company and their products.

Overall: Increased visibility or work requests, improved efficiency, etc.

Pros: Our team had been struggling with the old system for a while and now we¿re with Nextiva we¿re really well set up for the coming years. Not only that, we are also saving money!

Cons: Our set up was quite a complicated ordeal and it took a while for us to understand and then plan out what we needed. However, the Nextiva team were very helpful and worked through requirements with us so that was amazing.

Overall: The Nextiva team were amazing to work with, they made sure we had just the system we needed, they took us through requirements, implementation and training to ensure we had what we needed. The team has been able to hit the ground running and we¿re already seeing loads of positive outcomes. It¿s a big turnaround from our old system.

Pros: Call quality, very comprehensive back end that you can work on without customer support, auto attendants, call blocking, call flows and routes, ability to upload own recordings for call menus and announcements.

Cons: Lack of integration with products, need to be able to have incoming calls run a caller ID check on my database and also whitepages so I have more information when calls come in. Zero integration support.

Overall: Comprehensive phone system at a tiny price

Pros: The system is extremely flexible and allows me to set up a variable on call schedule after business hours. Their customer service is friendly and their pricing is competitive

Cons: Occasionally the calls have a poor connection and a lot of the functions are unnecessarily complicated to setup. The customer service is nice and patient but they don't always know how to fix a problem and sometimes make it worse or tell you things that are wrong.

Comments: This tool is really helping us improve our service level with our customer base. We expect to exceed our goals this year as a result, and early signs are positive.

Pros: Nextiva is the ideal system for our business as we¿re working on being more and more customer centric. This tool enables us to do that really well, it¿s intuitive and unlocks the capability of our team members.

Cons: There is a lot of training and onboarding involved with using this tool. It will take some time to get set up and this can create some chaos. The end result is worth it but it will need some time and attention.

Pros: An essential tool that makes internal communications easy and fast. Nextiva has created a great live chat product. Our team loves it!

Cons: You need to have the team onboard with this. If they¿re not interested in using the tool, then it¿s a wasted investment. Make sure that the team wants it and will use it.

Overall: The Nextiva team where extremely helpful. We got up and running on the system pretty quickly, they trained the team and now everyone uses it all day long. It¿s really reduced the email volume and bottle necks, as well as speed up production times.

Comments: Really good VoIP app with the best backing - Nextiva. Been using the app on PC for at least two years now and got this app for my iphone now too. Works perfectly with the voip system in the office and call quality is excellent.

Pros: The phones work. This was an issue with Jive, our previous provider. We're able to do complex call routing. Support is solid and helped us get up & running.

Cons: Setup was a big hassle. The web based tools are confusing, and don't show everything the system is capable of. Support is aware of these significant limitations, and they're well versed in getting things done, so don't try doing it yourself like I did. Support also has access to more features than the user is given.

Pros: We first chose Nextiva for cost savings and to stop paying for long distance calls. Even though we added lines, we are still paying half of what we used to pay for the old landline. It has now been over three years and Nextiva is obviously dedicated to always improving the service. The technology and software is frequently update and they provide excellent customer service!

Cons: The product is exactly as advertised. No issues and no more phone surprise phone bills. This is a five star service.

Overall: It is amazing how clear the calls sound, even on long distance. The features have been very helpful to us and it is great to know that we can add more lines as needed without paying an arm and a let. New lines can just slot into the system and it's easy to manage remote workers.

Recommendations to other buyers: Nextiva works flawlessly. We must have been with Nextiva for more than three years already.

Pros: The ability to have an app for this allows me to receive phone calls on my cell when I'm working away from my desk. In addition to this, the ability to have an easy to use conference line with unique IDs has made call-in meetings efficient and effective.

Cons: The prompts when trying to change your voicemail don't seem intuitive. I think if the language of the prompts was changed it would make all the difference. However, once you do it you will get it.

Pros: I use their app everyday. The app is how I make phone calls and message. I don't even have a phone on my desk, but did get one when I signed up with nextiva. But it's pointless. The app works on my iPhone and my MacBook Pro. So there is absolutely no need for a phone on my desk. It just collects dust. The setup process with the app was also easy.

Cons: I'd say they should not being talking about phones during the process of signing up. I don't see any good reason why a phone is needed. The app should be the only suggest device.

Overall: We had a PBX before Nextiva for all of our locations. We stopped using the PBX and are only using Nextiva. 10.

Comments: After much research, we decided to go with Nextixa. The support, and sales team have been nothing short, but professional. We look forward to growng our business communication with Nextiva.

Pros: Nextiva is the perfect fit for our small business. We are using all the features that could enhance our business. Auto-attendant, call groups, call recording, and call extension. These features have eliminated confusion in the office and everyone is on the same page now. I can¿t believe how much easier it is for us with a great communication system.

Cons: It took a lot longer for us to setup, but I thought it would be a twenty-four hour proess. I¿m at fault.

Pros: We had an issue with our service and had to call Nextiva. We spoke with a gentlemen from support. He answered all of our questions, and was able to figure out why our issue continue to happen on a weekly basis. He gave us some suggestions on how to improve our service that we didn'#191;t believe were possible. Talk about great service, he stood on the phone with us for two whole hours.

Pros: You can track your agents sign in and out and also add unavailable codes to see what is taking them away from them desk. This also allows you to see your staffing needs as well as what your clients are looking for.

Comments: The sales process and especially the executive sponsorship and routine "check-ins" show what a class act this organization is and how much they care about giving the needle for a new client. They truly want and earn raving fans.

Pros: Most sales folks like me feel like phone systems are really all the same...pick up the phone and dial...no big deal. However, when we installed Nextiva my perception of what a phone system really can do has certainly changed. Nextiva's tech support, the interface, call monitoring capabilities all exceeded my vision of what a system should deliver.

Pros: What I liked most about this product is that everything is digital. To submit a fax you would have to scan it in and then you would get an email saying that it was sent successfully. When we would receive faxes we would also get an email with the fax attached to it. Not only was it super convenient but we didn't have to worry about all the paper faxes we would be receiving.

Cons: There really isn't anything that I didn't like about this software. It was very efficient and saved a lot of time!

Overall: It saves a lot of time and PAPER!

Pros: It was an okay phone system. The support team, when you spoke to them, were nice and did their best to help.

Cons: It took forever to get a representative on the line. When I cancelled my services, I had to call 4 times AND my card was charged after I told them I did not want to renew again. They said they could not help me about a refund even though they knew I did not want it.

Pros: Negative service and operations were very straightforward. We didn't really require much interaction with them.

Cons: Negative VOIP services were not competitive (cost-wise) with other options available. The sales representative I spoke with said they'd have their quote to us for the VOIP services within an hour, but I did not receive it until the end of the next day.

Pros: I love the chat software and how I am able to communicate with my coworkers in other parts of the building.

Cons: I can't say that there is anything I don't like about this program. I have found it to be an excellent tool to use in my role as a receptionist.

Comments: When investigating VOIP vendors we were very impressed with Nextiva. Assured us all our requirements would be no problem. In real life we have had a series of issues where calls disappear or drop. We have spent thousands on resolution in IT support and replacing components at our location as per Nextiva all the problems are our equipment or our IT issues. All were reviewed prior to install by Nextiva and approved. We have even had to drop our static IP and reconfigure all our field billing internet connections to accommodate a phone system that provides minimally acceptable service when it is functioning. Even in the face of nonperformance you can be certain Nextiva will require you to buy out your contract in full . Technical support consists of recommendations to replace something on your end and when that doesn't work they just recommend replacing something else. I could not be more disappointed with the Nextia Company, technical support or customer service.

Pros: Nextiva is a low entry point provider

Cons: When things don't work they are not much help.

Pros: We've been using Nextiva for business for 2 months. While we have had issues getting set up and learning how to use the system, we've had use customer service frequently. Service has been excellent, reps are knowledeable, no language barrier, patient and happy to help. No major issues.

Cons: Purchased the recommended Polycom phones which have been a nightmare to figure out and mark work. You will have issues setting up but the customer service is there to be used.

Comments: Nextiva has a truly wonderful support team. I had excellent support from the support team. We were having a bit of difficulty porting our numbers over for one reason or another and during the process the support staff made sure this was resolved in a timely fashion. I did not have to speak with a handful of different reps. It was a bit of a process, but nonetheless the customer service I received was exceptional and really made me feel confident that the issue would be resolved. They totally took the stress off with the way they handled the situation. It made me feel very happy in choosing Nextiva as our provider. They have genuine people and you are treated with the utmost respect and care. So far so good with everything else. We have only had Nextiva for 2 months, but we look forward to using the service. Price is also great for the service you receive. So no complaints. I would definitely advise to check out Nextiva if you are looking for new service.

Pros: A hands free soft phone upon my desktop is quite helpful, allow for multitasking. Clarity is good with calls on the VOIP platform. The equipment is easy to use.

Cons: Post purchase your left with equipment, a subscription, and instructions for set up upon the website. No guidance and support is spotty.

Comments: I've only had this product a short time and I like that it offers 3 numbers for one price... the fact that I can conference with my team in a group chat and share my screen is a really great feature. I have not checked to see if it integrates with my CRM... I'm hoping it does.

Pros: I like that I can have it ring my mobile device if it's unable to be answered from my default location. I like that I can have the calls forwarded right-away too. I have not used the "transfer call" feature, but I like that also. I like that it offers "business hours" of operation to be on or off... have not figured that one out yet.

Cons: It's a bit "busy" when it comes to call routing... not as easy as it appears on the videos. I am an avid BlackBerry user, have been for several years. I don't like that fact that there isn't a web-based app made for devices that aren't iOS or Android.

Overall: Nextiva has been great for us. The service has everything you need and for a good price. The set-up process was relatively simple and the customer service has been great. We joined Nextiva in June 2016 and have not had any problems with them since then. I called in the other day to make a couple of changes to our customized platform. The support technician was really nice, made the changes, and walked me through how I could make changes on my own. The instructions were quite simple and although he did a great job at explaining exactly what to do, the system itself is very user friendly and is not hard to understand how it works. This is great for someone like me who tends to get intimidated by this stuff. So thanks Nextiva!

Comments: I have used Nextiva for almost 4 years now and agree with the review before mine...it works great when it's working. However, based on my personal experience, the calling system seems to rarely work. My main issue was with the fact that our clients wouldn't be able to leave a voice message through our system because it wasn't working properly and would just keep ringing and ringing. That is a HUGE problem and I have no doubt I've lost clients because of this. This happened often and I wouldn't know until the persistent client sent and email to let us know which I'm sure many don't and move on to competitor. I was hoping that Nextiva would at least try making up for this but they never did. The second biggest issue was that our business line and a mobile line should ring simultaneously. Well, the business line rang and rarely the mobile line. I would stay away from Nextiva. The sad thing is that they knew their system has a lot of flaws and now supposedly have a new and improved system for the exact same cost. I was not informed of this until I was leaving them and it has been there for quite some time. Even if their new system works great, I will never recommend or use Nextiva again.

Pros: The fax always worked great.

Cons: Too many issues to count.

Pros: Nextiva bypasses typical landlines phones by a long range! Being cloud based makes is extremely simple to take and track calls outside of the office. The mobile app also allows for conference calling and online faxing which again makes out of office business very simple! Another great feature of this software is that is virtually never fails (ex. failed calls, calls disconnected, etc.)

Cons: The main con of Nextiva in my opinion would be the pricing. Depending on the version used the price will vary, but overall i believe it is a bit overpriced. Also depending again on the version used, one of them (Office Pro) does not support the mobile app, making this software pointless for easy out of office use.

Pros: Paying less for our phone service than before and more features available. Significantly fewer dropped calls than our last provider, (have only experienced one dropped call with Nextiva). I have not waited more than 5 minutes to speak to a service representative whenever I have had a question or issue.

Cons: The dropped call that we had was with an important client of ours. However, there was no damage done. Nothing else we dislike about Nextiva.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give the other guys a look as there are other good options out there. From someone who uses Nextiva, you will be happy if you go with these guys.

Comments: If you're a growing business and need to create a more efficient call flow, I recommend Nextiva. They customize your package entirely, schedule calls to go over the system, and have pretty good support. The price is great and so far, we've been enjoying using the new phones.

Pros: Total customization, good price, great auto-attendant feature, provides analytics.

Cons: The only portal is a little tricky to navigate at first. Some instructions are hard to follow, but they have good communication.

Recommendations to other buyers: We chose this over RingCentral because we really needed a GREAT auto-attendant and call flow for our growing company. For a basic and efficient system for an office (even one with multiple locations!), this will do the trick.

Comments: If you like tech support that breaks something else every time they troubleshoot an issue then Nextiva is your choice. If your company isn't a fortune 500 company than they treat you like crap. Initial setup was a disaster as we had to install nearly 50 phones myself, the tech support team who was supposed to help with setup of hunt groups made it worse and I had to learn the system myself to get things right. Duplicate mailboxes were another issue. This caused voicemails to not come to the agents for days. Once you finally get in touch with case manager their only response is "sorry" but you signed a contract so you're SOL.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Terrible tech support, You're not important if you are not a fortune 500 company.

Comments: We did intensive research on over 5 different VoIP providers when we did a large expansion recently. Since choosing Nextiva, I have never once wished that we had chosen anyone else. Nextiva was willing to work with us on the terms of the contract, and saved us from an onerous deal with another provider.

Pros: We are a Plaintiff's Firm operating in the area of pharmaceutical product liability. Our litigations are complex, and our problems often need solved immediately. With Nextiva, we have a dedicated representative who is familiar with our needs, and we have access to the excellent enterprise level customer support. Nextiva has a wonderful umbrella of products and services that allow us to get most of our needs satisfied in one place.

Cons: Occasionally there are issues with making things flow together as envisioned, but issues are generally resolved very quickly if not in real time.

Pros: Their website showed all the companies that trust them with their telecommunications, but I wanted to know firsthand if they are really that good. I spoke to a friendly, helpful rep, who explained the package to me in great, accurate detail.

Cons: I haven't found any to date. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about Nextiva.

Recommendations to other buyers: I was put through to the technical department, because I had some other questions, and they answered that very well, too. When I signed up, I was so excited about how quickly it all went, since my office setup is somewhat complicated. But the system works perfectly for my business, and I have managed to save on my bills, and I have everything I need on a single monthly bill. Less admin, less costs, and much better efficiency.

Pros: You can track your agents sign in and out and also add unavailable codes to see what is taking them away from them desk. This also allows you to see your staffing needs as well as what your clients are looking for

Cons: There is a lot to learn in the onboarding process. The reports are more complicated than needed. If you want to make changes to call center you have to go to multiple locations

Comments: Prior to Nextiva we had no access to our voicemails, and pretty much stopped using office phones. Now, we have apps and awesome desk phones that do everything we need them to do! We have finally been brought into the 21st century! If you're looking for an affordable system with great customer service and great functions go with Nextiva.

Pros: How quickly issues are handled.

Cons: The start up time took a little longer than I wanted so give yourself 30-45 days before you NEED it.

Best phone management on the market.

Comments: I use Nextiva at my business and it helps ensure that we don¿t miss calls. When we¿re not in the business we forward calls to our mobile devices and we can respond to callers right away. You also can¿t find a lower cost for the same level of service anywhere. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I would recommend Nextiva to any business that needs a professional business communication system.

Pros: I absolutely love the app and the features.

Cons: Can't think of anything that should be improved in the Nextiva App.

Pros: I loved the customer service! They have a very friendly team that really knows what they are doing. And of course the phone service quality!

Cons: Not much to say! I once had to wait a little while on hold when I called in for an issue. Maybe 15 minutes or so, but they were great at helping me with my issue, so it was not a problem.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give them a call and ask them all the questions you want. It will give you a good idea of who they are.

Comments: Several of my employees work remotely and Nextiva has really made this easy for me. With the enhanced features, we can route calls to wherever the person is working at the time. The call forwarding makes things really easy too. The basic plan offers plenty minutes and the other features include call recording and web conferencing, as well as voicemail to email. As far as their customer service is concerned, Nextiva has always been super helpful in answering any questions or helping with issues. Nextiva is definitely worth the investment if you are looking for an affordable virtual phone solution for your home or business.

Pros: They have an excellent Customer Services.

Cons: I have not had any negative issues.

This is just what I needed for my business!

Comments: The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price. It was almost half the cost of some of the other VOIP providers and well reviewed. There¿s also the free fax line. We ported our number over to Nextiva and set up a basic system. We¿re happy that there are so many features we can implement as our business continues to grow, but right now, we¿re more than happy with the system exactly as it is. We¿re also more than happy knowing that if we need help with my app when I am away, a friendly, helpful agent is on the other side of the phone. Absolutely love this app! Thank you!

Pros: Everything is working as advertised on there site.

Cons: Haven't found any yet.

Comments: My entire experience with Nextiva has been positive. The system offers easy installation, with great call quality, and their amazing customer service & app is unmatched. There are many communications options out there, but nothing beats Nextiva¿s simplicity and the powerful functionality, wide range of features they offer.

Pros: Nextiva is a great product. Works seamlessly with my CTI software. It's ease of use is really why we went with Nextiva

Cons: It doesn't have click to dial integration with my CRM which is unfortunate. Typically that falls under another category of software but they did inform me about this.

No fax machine necessary? Wish I would've found this sooner!

Pros: The software is so easy to use. There have been so many times in the last year when I needed to fax a document and didn't have access to a fax machine. I've never had any issues with the software and customer service was incredibly helpful the one time when there was a program malfunction.

Cons: I really don't have any critique of this program. Sometimes the attachment function would malfunction a little, but it was very minor and short lived with a refresh.

Perfect choice for our small business.

Comments: We've been using Nextiva for over a year now and have no complaints because their service just does everything it is supposed to do. It¿s a great price when you consider what we were paying before. The Nextiva app that integrates with my phone is so cool. I can make calls using the Nextiva app on my iPhone and it shows up as my office number on the caller ID of the person I'm calling. This is really great when I am out of the office.

Pros: I like the cost to get started and the easy implementation to transition to their system.

Cons: Nothing yet. I've not had any problems with the service.

Comments: Great mobile app and simple user interface. It¿s easy to update account information, company greetings and voicemail boxes. They offer so many features and the rich extension and department options make it easy to customize. The faxing service is also reliable, quick, and efficient.

Pros: Love this app! So glad I can take my business on the road.

Comments: It¿s been over 9 months and great service so far. I have not yet had a single problem with my setup, even though I changed the configuration a few times as I found new features I liked. The sound is so good that I can't tell whether it¿s VOIP or a fixed line.

Comments: The App Connects calls on wifi so fast. Very functional App without major bugs. I only have one of my lines ported over so far and the process of setting up the phones turned out to be simple. Simple enough so that once I watched the technical rep set up the phone handling I was able to go back and make changes to the way calls were handled myself.

Pros: Excellent customer service!

Cons: None come to mind.

There mobile app is easy to use, I'm not very technical at all, but the implementation team talked me through it and I got it right first time round. I really enjoy Nextiva's, service because they are very professional and offer the service I was looking for..

Comments: Great on the go App. I can answer and make calls from my office phone from anywhere and it looks like I'm in the office. Techs are knowledgeable, and we got the exact service we needed quickly and at a reasonable price.

Pros: Great customer service, and good value for a phone system.

Cons: There have been some issues with phone operation, but after a few months of service, the kinks seems to be worked out.

Pros: We didn't have office phones before. So it's really nice to be able to have multiple line and call forwarding.

Cons: Nextiva did not tell us until we had already subscribed that it potentially wouldn't work the way it is supposed to with our routers because we have comcast. So beware if you have comcast. You may have dropped calls. But I haven't had that issue yet.
