Overall, it has been excellent. The configurable and flexible platform have allowed us to solve for several specific client needs as well as creating several new standard product solutions for our business.

Pros

The configurability of the tool is most important to us.

Cons

WellnessScore rewards engine configuration can be very complex. Also, in general, some of the configuration tools aren’t always the most intuitive. There are some user experience (UI) aspects that could be more friendly and engaging

Core Health has enabled us to grow our business as a wellness vendor by helping us provide a quality user platform at an affordable price. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], the relationship manager, and the entire customer support team are easy to work with, endlessly helpful, and just wonderful people all around. This small team puts out a big product that's worth every penny.

Pros

This software checks all of the boxes--extensive incentive tracking, everything is highly customizable, TONS of great challenges and other health content available, positive end-user experience, and great customer support to tie it all together.

Cons

Administrators need to have basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript, skills to take full advantage of the customizations. However, if you don't have the knowledge or capacity for this, Core Health's support staff can provide this service for a fee.

The team of professionals behind CoreHealth are second to none. In addition to providing top-notch support, they continuously engage with clients to develop new features and engagement tools. Quarterly updates and new features releases are a great example of their client-centric approach to new developments, which is supported by an amazing team.

Pros

The product is very flexible and can be configured to serve a multitude of needs and interests, allowing us to deliver inclusive wellness programming for multi-national companies. It is easy to create new programs, modify existing offerings, and deliver an exceptional user experience without the need for a sophisticated tech team. The ability to easily translate materials into different languages is a key differentiator with other products. As is the capacity to add and revise images to provide a culturally safe experience for users. This makes it simple and intuitive for a program administrator without a tech background to take control of their employee wellness portal.

Cons

There are limits to modifications that can be done to the software, and many changes have to be done by the Corehealth development team, which prevents us from developing some features and tools.

The customer service is unbeatable! The weekly training and communication with the Ninjas is outstanding! The software allows the flexibility to make it "your own" to better fit the needs of your own company.

Pros

The flexibility and ease of customization were a few of the top reasons we chose CoreHealth. Working with the team has been wonderful. They strive for greatness, and are always quick to assess our needs as customers. Constant development of new features keeps the software fresh and fun!

Cons

The reporting tool is a bit dated; therefore, we use a separate tool for reporting. Our coaches have provided feedback that the coaching scheduler is not exactly user-friendly. They would love the ability to schedule impromptu sessions with users without being tied to a coaching program and with greater ease. Also, the video coaching tool isn't as widely used because the interface isn't favored by the coaching team.

CoreHealth has enabled us to be competitive in the market with our technology.

Pros

It provides great value - with broad capabilities, great security, flexibility, and customization - but very affordable.

Cons

The platform needs to broaden its capabilities for overall health & wellbeing and include automated & personalized text messaging to remain competitive. It has resources, but needs to add automated, user-friendly "engagement" tools to keep participants coming back.

I am a one-man department for my organization, so the mangment of this tool is just me, and I am not suiper technical. CoreHealth has made the process of implmenting dn managing this system easy and fun. The platform allows lots of customizations and has off-the-shelf challenges that make it easy for me to launch programs for multiple clients. The customer service is top-notch and what every comapny should strive for.

Pros

Ability to customize, ease of use, and outstanding support.

Cons

Some set-up and management does require more technical skills than I have. But, the support team is extremely helpful and responsive.

CoreHealth is a great organization to work with because of their kind and competent employees. They have well established processes to guide you through setting up your site or integrations.

Pros

The reins are in your hands with the complexity of the site you want to create. My favorite feature is the wellness scores, which allow you to easily integrate different components of the platform to speak to each other. With the tools in the CoreHealth toolkit, I've always found a way to solve any of the needs and requests that come my way.

Cons

To utilize the platform effectively, you will need to dedicate time to training (which CoreHealth provides) and learning-by-doing. If you get too carried away with customizations (lots of CSS), this can sometimes create future work for yourself. There are instances when features or settings are not modifiable, but this is rare.

Pros

I love that CoreHealth Technologies platform brings together a blend of plug and play tools with dynamic configuration options. This helps me realize wellness portals for clients without having to reinvent the wheel every time.

Cons

The only challenge I had in the past was with rewriting custom code to bring it into alignment with new versions of the software. This was primarily due to the mobile adaptive and response opportunities that were added. It was a learning experience, and CoreHealth was super supportive through the experience.

The "ninja's" on the CoreHealth staff are incredibly helpful. The billing department has been easy to work with. Our wellness clients find the site easy to navigate in. Many options are available to make CoreHealth the one place to go to "be well" (plot my route; journaling; trackers for fruit/veggies, water, activity, self-care, sleep; wellness goals; buddy challenges.)

Pros

CoreHealth provides our business with a comprehensive system for wellness program management that's easy to use. The program consultants on our staff who manage the Core site are able to customize the look and the feel of nearly every component (challenges, pages, maps, trackers, etc.)

Cons

Fitbit and Google Fit are the only wearable devices that pair with CoreHealth at no charge. Other wearables are able to be matched with the site, but for an extra fee.
