While it could be a bit faster and a little more transparent with messaging rules, it still got the job done without much friction. Pros ClickSend is refreshingly easy to get started with. Once I got over the hurdle of setup and how to customize messages, it has worked flawlessly. Have had no issues with messages being delivered and very happy with my choice to go with ClickSend. Pros Once setup, it's been very easy and straight forward to use. The ability to only pay for what you use can be nice. I'm able to do some customization with email-to-text. It's been great for what I needed. Customer service has been helpful when I wasn't able to find the information I needed in the help section. Cons There was a little trouble getting things setup and how email-to-text worked. It took a bit of time to get a toll-free number approved. How-to articles could be expanded and written a bit better. Cons Although the "opt-in" is inconvenient, ClickSend has been great for our communications. Honestly speaking, the platform has revolutionized my ability to efficiently interact with my colleagues, teachers, and mentors. Especially when arranging group study sessions or planning last-minute test and meeting reminders, being able to rapidly and effectively send bulk messages has spared me lots of time. Even for someone like me without a technical background, the software is remarkably simple to use. You just have to see it. Learning how to schedule notes, send emails, and compose SMS was kinda quick for me. I depend on this simplicity since I lack the time for understanding complex programs. Furthermore, ClickSend is extremely dependable—whenever I have had to send time-sensitive communications, I have been able to rely on it to deliver promptly. Pros Most of all, I appreciated ClickSend's simplicity in sending alerts and reminders. Organizing study sessions, group meetings, or tracking vital deadlines became much less difficult. By the way, I am a medical student once again. Relatively speaking, it has proved to be quite dependable in sending useful reminders to classmates or bulk messages, which helped me keep up with my tight schedule. Even for someone with limited experience with messaging systems, the simplicity of the platform makes it user-friendly, really. It kept me so much organized all through my studies and saved me quite some time overall (time that I can't buy...). July 23, 2019 5.0 Pros Ease of use, really economical and great reporting dashboard. Ability to integrate email and text as well as a number of other features which are really good, although I have not used these extras, they are available and seem to be well thought out. I essentially only use the platform for text messages. The program is pretty intuitive even for someone like me who isn't the most tech-savvy person on the planet. One of the best aspects is there is NO on-boarding fee, NO monthly fee and you pay as you use. Support is really very good, with almost instant replies and a lot of patience with guiding me around the system. Cons The inability to auto-delete bounces or no-delivery. The Opt-out is automatic, but not the bounced numbers. With large databases, it is an impossible task to clean your lists, and if you send repeat messages you are paying for those repeats to bounced numbers. Reason for choosing ClickSend ClickSend was simple, VERY well priced, and almost hassle-free sign-up.
