Overall, is a solid tool for sending out SMS, emails, and even voice messages. It’s beginner-friendly, integrates well with other platforms, and offers great support when you need it. While it could be a bit faster and a little more transparent with messaging rules, it still got the job done without much friction.

Pros

is refreshingly easy to get started with. I mostly used it for SMS campaigns, and the platform made it simple to schedule and send messages without a lot of technical setup.Plus, Zapier integration is a great bonus!

Cons

There were also moments where I wished there were clearer alerts if a message might violate any content policies.

I have been very impressed with the service. Once I got over the hurdle of setup and how to customize messages, it has worked flawlessly. Have had no issues with messages being delivered and very happy with my choice to go with .

Pros

Once setup, it's been very easy and straight forward to use. The ability to only pay for what you use can be nice. I'm able to do some customization with email-to-text. It's been great for what I needed. Customer service has been helpful when I wasn't able to find the information I needed in the help section.

Cons

There was a little trouble getting things setup and how email-to-text worked. It took a bit of time to get a toll-free number approved. How-to articles could be expanded and written a bit better.

I’m impressed with ’s support. They helped me set up quickly and are always there for ongoing operations and questions that may occur. They are more than just a service, they feel more like a partner.

Pros

Calling for help results in a person speaking to you and not AI! Very helpful in getting started to setup everything correctly so that the texts actually send!

Cons

Although the "opt-in" is inconvenient, has been great for our communications. I really appreciate that they require an opt-in for compliance—but, it does help with peace of mind knowing my messages only reach people who truly want to hear from us

We use for internal texting communication as well as some paper mail necessities. We find it easy to use and love the ability to simplify the PowerAutomate integration.

Pros

I liked the ease of use and the ability to easily integrate with PowerAutomate. We also can use to send certain company paper mail when necessary and the price is very reasonable.

Cons

When navigating between tabs, sometimes different options are a little more difficult to find. Some areas of the interface use a little different font.

My experience with was very good. It is an excellent choice for businesses that need an easy-to-use platform for sending SMS, emails, and voice messages.

Pros

1- allows send messages via SMS, email, voice, and even postcards which makes it a versatile communication tool. 2-ClickSend provides 24/7 customer support.

Cons

It lacks some advance features that other competitors provides. Like 1- It lacks in depth mobile app features. 2- It lacks advance SMS personalization.

Overpriced, but good for those who want to test to see of SMS or omnichannel coms are right for their business.

Pros

There's not much to like about other than the fact that it's owned by Message Media/Sinch which makes it more reputable. I do like how they're fairly transparent with their pricing. It's just all pay-as-you-go with no commitments. That's why I'll give them 2/5 stars instead of 1/5.

Cons

The platform is outdated, and it's priced quite high compared to Twilio. They also only offer a 99.95% uptime guarantee compared to the 99.99% gold standard.

I was asked to test a Message Media product and compare it against Twilio and Bird on behalf of my clients. I've concluded my findings, and can confirm that I won't be recommending to any of my clients outside of testing since it's easier to setup than the others.

Overall, I have had an ok experience. I do not feel it is due to the app itself but the fact that it may be too much for my small business.

Pros

I have just begun using and for the most part learning has been good because of the chat feature where I can get help navigating. I like that I can send texts and chat with my social media customers.

Cons

I am still learning. Some of the features seem to be a bit ahead of my business pace. I do like that I can integrate it with google sheets to create my invoices.

It just works. Any minor glitches and I contact customer support who actually answer and try to fix it.

Cons

Still have a weird glitch in the send part of mass sms if I only have 1-3 mobile numbers they group as one number. But, it's minor compared to the benefits.

### "It's great when it works"

Overall, it works great - WHEN IT WORKS. It allows people to respond to messages. But we are disappointed right now because no one will return our request for help, or even send a list of things to look at. This stopped working during a critical time in communication with our staff, and left us scrambling for a different way to reach out to them. We've not been able to use this for 4 weeks (or so) now, and our funds are stuck there with no response.

Pros

We found it easy to upload our teams' numbers and track how many text messages went out. Easy to track billing. After doing a trial with no set phone number, we decided to invest in one specific phone number. Most of our employees do not work at a computer, so it made broadcasting messages simple, quick and effective.

Cons

Recently, texts started failing. We can't figure out why. We have reached out to Customer Service twice to resolve the issue. While we aren't a big user on their platform, the fact is the failed text messages are costing us. We can't trouble shoot effectively this way. No one is reaching back out to us.

### "Love the integration with Zoho"

Overall we are pleased with and use it with Zoho CRM for most of our customers.

Pros

integrates with Zoho CRM. We can have two-way conversations with our clients, stored in their records. ClickSend just added the feature to send group messages. It's easy to send a message. The cost is great too, and inbound messages are free!

Cons

Creating SMS templates is confusing. It would be nice to have the ability to create workflows in Zoho CRM using . Adding the option to schedule the messages would be a big plus!

There is 24/7 support, but good luck getting any help.

Pros

The sales page of is set up so nicely, props to their designers.

Cons

The product is so slow, sluggish, and horrible, I can’t even explain it. I don’t believe in negative reviews, but I have to warn others. Like I said, on their website you’ll see products and services that just don’t exist, or don’t function as they should. Just found out today that I’ve been charged for texts that haven’t gone through. Like, what? Beware!!!
