Excellent! Nextiva is easy to use and functional; you can use it on your laptop, phone, or cellphone. I only have good things to say about Nextiva because my whole experience has been great.

Pros

I like that Nextiva is very easy to navigate and set up. Up. Takes no time to set up all the phones. The function to copy and paste the numbers is practical and helpful.

Cons

I would like to see incorporated in the app the function of answering multiple calls at the same time and parking a call.

Pros

Customer service makes Nextiva stand out above the rest. From sales to implementation to support our experience with Nextiva has been great. The phone service has been consistently reliable since we signed up and we've pleased with the move to Nextiva.

Cons

The mobile app on the iPhone works, but still needs a little more development to be as reliable as the desktop app.

Pros

The support team have shown a deep understanding of our needs and have been able to provide solutions that are both effective and innovative.

Cons

Mobile applications are not available in PlayMarket/AppStore in other counties. Need to download them from other sources.

### "Not worth the price "

overall i was disappointed with the service but thought switching services would be too much of a hassle. well, i can honestly say switching services as been the best decision for us. our new provider runs circles around Nextiva and their terrible service. i should have switched much sooner.

Pros

What I liked most about Nextiva is that gave me the ability to have my calls routed to my cell

Cons

Call service was extremely spotty. People always complained it was hard to hear me or the calls wouldnt come through entirely. The text messages were always delayed in sending and receiving. The customer support was slow and their contracts auto-renew without notice.

Pros

Easy to use. Tons of features. Easy to deploy. Customer support always helpful.

Cons

Sometimes if your internet goes down then the phone system goes down but once internet is up the phone system is up and running quickly.

### "Love Working with Nextiva!"

Nextiva has been very helpful to our business as we have set up different departments and have different voice message boxes for each department. This is great for businesses that are departmentalized. This reduces all calls coming in at once and helps keep the business organized.

Pros

I love the polite people I get over the phone in customer service. They are very nice and open to helping me in whatever I need help with.

Cons

I do wish Nextiva would have a program to where we can make changes to our holiday inboxes instead of having to call in. Sometimes things will get messed up after I called to get it set up and I will have to call again.

Pros

Easy to use and customer service is always very helpful and resolves the issues that same day. The ability to filter whose phone rings for incoming calls or not is great! Not everyone needs to have their phone ringing all day long.

Cons

Sometimes have to wait awhile on the chat for a representative but when you get connected they always resolve the issues fairly quickly.

What I like about the Nextiva phones is that they are simple to use. While the initial deployment is a bit challenging, they have a support team that handholds you along the way to ensure the phones are set up to my standards.

Cons

Sometimes, there are times when there are long wait times for the support team.

Pros

The pricing, compared to other platforms, this is always a good option for small companies with teams with no more than 10 people and at very early stages of growth.

Cons

While Nextiva is a good platform overall and it offers very decent pricing, it lacks critical functions for decision-making that can hurt some numbers in growing companies. Call tracking and being able to fully pinpoint where the action happens is a must, and Nextiva needs to work more in this area.

Nextiva has been a great product for our growing team. We have used their services for 5 years now and are pleased. The customer support team is very responsive and knowledgeable and wait time is minimal.

Pros

The ease of use with utilizing Nextiva's VOIP option has been incredible, users are able to change seats and just take their phones with them without interruption. The mobile app is very helpful as well. There are great analytic reports that our team uses to meet certain KPI's.

Cons

When there is an influx of calls on the app, they do seem to drop occasionally.

Having been with them almost 3 years now I can say confidently that they have a great customer support team! Any issues my team has had have been resolved immediately.

Pros

Getting a customer service rep is really quick and convenient .

Pros

Technical support was great as my guy took care of 90 percent of the entire process, at the same time offering me suggestions to use for expanding Auto Attendant. The power of this program will assist my workforce to allow it to be more manageable.

Cons

I don't know enough about all of the programs available to me. Mostly my fault, because I haven't availed myself to learn of all the features that are included in my package, since I took it over from the previous user.

Pros

VOIP phone system was the best idea we had for phones. Nextiva has made it easy to remain a long term customer. Our office is phone dependent and if a client cannot reach us they let us hear about it. Nextiva has handled problem we have experienced with the urgency that I would expect from a professional service company. Most questions are answered before we get off the phone. The recommendations for phones was spot on. The service is reliable and the quality of sound it clear. My client never ask about the kind of phone we are using. They can't tell the difference. The billing is always correct and predictable. Never had a billing problem.

Cons

The app is a bit uncomfortable to use. In order to answer the phone I have to press a couple of keys and often the phone rings 3 -5 times before I answer. I prefer our calls answered in 2-3 rings. Now this is only a problem when out of the office and the phones are forwarded.

It gets easier the more you use it and everything is on one pane of glass.

Cons

Sometimes support is difficult to connect to you have to wait a long time for a 2-minute solution. But I know they are inundated with calls. But it always happens when you need the help immediately.

The overall experience was excellent; customer service and IT personnel knew what they were doing, and things got corrected quickly.

Pros

I like how easy it is to navigate; if there are any hiccups, we call in, and customer service guides you on how to solve the problem.

Cons

Sometimes, the features do not take effect immediately, and multiple calls must be made to correct the problem.

My experience has been amazing compared the comcast. It is so easy to add additional users (which previously took months) all you do is call and add a license, they will also walk you through setting them up a phone # and a call routing que. No more additional stress when adding new employees which is already stressful enough!

Pros

Ease of use for work from home employees

Cons

for the hard desk phones we have had to replace a lot of the power cords, not sure if that is just a poly issue or not

Reason for choosing Nextiva

I sat in on some demos with other companies I mainly likes the easy of use and cost

Very good. The implementation manager had a great plan. Very good instructions and easy to follow documentation. Would highly recommend Nextiva.

Pros

Ease of setup. Great support from Nextiva for the implementation. Call quality is very good. Added features are a big benefit.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. There were no issues which from Nextiva's side which caused any delay in implementation.

O had extremely disappointing customer service. Customer service complained about the connection of the calls using their service. I got disconnected from customer service after waiting on hold for long periods of time. Incoming phone calls got disconnect recordings. They didn't comprehend why they should credit me for the two month the phone service could receive incoming calls.

Pros

What I like the most about Nextiva is how simple and easy it is, there is no need for over complicated interfaces, it works smoothly and allows us to have an effective communication with our customers and carriers.

I would only like Nextiva to have a dark mode, besides that I have found no issues when using the app to make important business.

My experience has been good; I have rarely experienced a bug or any type of issue.

Pros

I love how nextiva makes a company directory where you don't need to know yours coworkers extensions but with only their name you are able to fine their phone number. The software is intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

When they moved to nextiva one, they took off the option of having incoming calls silenced. We always get a pop up notification so I don't find a ringtone necessary and personally, I don't like ringtones.
