### "False Reviews, Deceptive Company, Stay far away"

Nextiva is deceitful and fraudulently renew contracts without notification or clients’ consent. They force you into a forever constant renewal that matches your original contract and will force for a termination fee which is equal to the remainder of your contract. When disputing their renewal no one with authority will reach out and continue to bill your card on file. Stay far away from this company, their service is spotty and will attempt to lock you into an Auto-renewal trap. Do the research on Nextiva, these are ongoing issues like many others are having. Make sure to do your research, other review sites are warning of individuals or entities associated with or having interest in Nextiva have been reporting fake and inauthentic reviews to increase their reviews score. As stated before, just stay away from this company, there are many of other reputable companies that won’t waste your time and money.

Pros

Cloud based service to allow phones used anywhere from office to home office. However, this is the same with other providers.

Cons

1\. Service is spotty, Calls get dropped, Phones disconnect from service, Voice Packets get lost. 2. Forever ongoing contract auto-renewals without notifications to the client. 3. Account representative do not return calls or emails when within 3 months of contract ending. However, are available once the Auto-renew your contract. How convenient for them.

Pros

It is very quick and easy to get in touch with customer support team at Nextiva. I had an issue with one of the new desktop phones I setup in my office, called up Nextiva and they had fixed the issue within 15 minutes. The service rep I spoke with, Dillon, was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable on how to address our problem.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at this time. Anytime I've had an issue with our Nextiva account, or any associated devices, it has always been quickly remedied by their team.

We turn to Nextiva Business Phone Service to handle our communication challenges. It boosts teamwork, keeps our customers satisfied, and keeps our team connected, no matter where we are. Nextiva's features are just what we need for communication, and it's a fundamental part of our daily operations.

Cons

There were hiccups that messed up our chats, and the video calls weren't always perfect. Plus, getting help from customer support took longer than we'd like. Fixing these things would make Nextiva even better and keep users happier.

I have not experienced and negative feed back from others using Nextiva. Everyone seems very pleased.

### "The last phone system you will need"

Outside of some billing glitches, Nextiva has been great to work with. If I need assistance from them I have a dedicated support staff assigned to my account and I can talk to someone right then. Or I can email them and have a response within an hour.

Pros

From a management, and user standpoint I love the fact that all of our offices are tied together with one phone system. Office A can dial the extension of a user at Office B which is hundreds of miles away and its considered an inter office call. No more dialing the full 10 digit phone number. This is also helpful with transferring calls between offices.

Cons

I wish there was an option that when I call a user within our company via extension it wouldn't display my direct extension, but instead display the extension for our helpdesk. This would prevent users from calling me directly when they should in fact be calling our helpdesk.

Wonderful customer service interactions, excellent resources for learning the system, and fairly comprhensive features for what we were doing, which was primarily call center for customer service, but also day-to-day office phone calls.

Pros

Nextiva was very easy to setup, thanks to the very helpful onboarding staff. We had 8 hard phones when we initially got the service, and they walked me through every step of setup for the first several phones until I got the hang of it. Excellent customer service and support.

Cons

There were no issues I was aware of with the service.

Overall, the experience with Nextiva has been great. It has improved the efficiency and professionalism of our business.

Pros

Nextiva's customer service team is truly unmatched. We made the switch from AT&T after 30-years and have been so impressed with everyone we've dealt with at Nextiva.

Cons

The onboarding process could use some improvements as it is quite overwhelming for someone who does not work in the VOIP business.

We ultimately chose Nextiva over competitors because of the features offered, the reviews we read and most of all the great support that was provided prior to signing up with Nextiva. They were happy to demo the product, answer all of our questions and were very patient.

We are very pleased with Nextiva! As the administrator of the account, it has been easy to add new users and make adjustments.

Pros

Customer Service has been outstanding. We have had very few issues; however, when we have had problem, it has been resolved very quickly. We are using it integrated with Teams - so there is one less log in for staff.

Cons

They way we are using the system does not lend itself to pulling out the call data we had hoped to get. It is possible for an additional cost per user per month.

Pros

Ease of integration, ease of use, I control messages incoming and outgoing. Support is amazing, anytime day or night. Sales was not pressuring. Very easy to communicate our needs with great results.

There is nothing we don't like. Everything is great! no issues with connectivity or support service.

### "There when you need them "

I switched from another VOIP company to this one because when there was a problem, there was no one there to help me. I had phone problems and the phone company was not able to help me, I could not run a business with no phone service. since then I switched to Nextiva and I’ve never had this issue. Someone is always there to make sure I have phone service so I can run my business.

Pros

Whenever there is a problem, I call and someone is there to help me.

Cons

The application is not the easiest to deal with but it functions, and they are continuously making improvements.

Excellent! Nextiva is easy to use and functional; you can use it on your laptop, phone, or cellphone. I only have good things to say about Nextiva because my whole experience has been great.

Pros

I like that Nextiva is very easy to navigate and set up. Up. Takes no time to set up all the phones. The function to copy and paste the numbers is practical and helpful.

Cons

I would like to see incorporated in the app the function of answering multiple calls at the same time and parking a call.

Pros

Customer service makes Nextiva stand out above the rest. From sales to implementation to support our experience with Nextiva has been great. The phone service has been consistently reliable since we signed up and we've pleased with the move to Nextiva.

Cons

The mobile app on the iPhone works, but still needs a little more development to be as reliable as the desktop app.

overall i was disappointed with the service but thought switching services would be too much of a hassle. well, i can honestly say switching services as been the best decision for us. our new provider runs circles around Nextiva and their terrible service. i should have switched much sooner.

Pros

What I liked most about Nextiva is that gave me the ability to have my calls routed to my cell

Cons

Call service was extremely spotty. People always complained it was hard to hear me or the calls wouldnt come through entirely. The text messages were always delayed in sending and receiving. The customer support was slow and their contracts auto-renew without notice.

Cons

Sometimes if your internet goes down then the phone system goes down but once internet is up the phone system is up and running quickly.

Nextiva has been very helpful to our business as we have set up different departments and have different voice message boxes for each department. This is great for businesses that are departmentalized. This reduces all calls coming in at once and helps keep the business organized.

Pros

I love the polite people I get over the phone in customer service. They are very nice and open to helping me in whatever I need help with.

Cons

I do wish Nextiva would have a program to where we can make changes to our holiday inboxes instead of having to call in. Sometimes things will get messed up after I called to get it set up and I will have to call again.

Easy to use and customer service is always very helpful and resolves the issues that same day. The ability to filter whose phone rings for incoming calls or not is great! Not everyone needs to have their phone ringing all day long.

Sometimes have to wait awhile on the chat for a representative but when you get connected they always resolve the issues fairly quickly.

The texting is not working for us yet. We tried to set it up, but it seemed like it would be difficult to manage.

The pricing, compared to other platforms, this is always a good option for small companies with teams with no more than 10 people and at very early stages of growth.

Cons

While Nextiva is a good platform overall and it offers very decent pricing, it lacks critical functions for decision-making that can hurt some numbers in growing companies. Call tracking and being able to fully pinpoint where the action happens is a must, and Nextiva needs to work more in this area.
