Used the software for: ### "" July 23, 2013 4.5 For the most part, Spectrum is a user friendly program. A/P and A/R are great. I would like to see some changes made to the subcontractor billing and purchase order module. We are currently using version 13.1 and have had Spectrum for 12 years.
