Pros

I really like how there is always someone to help and get things done.

Cons

Sometimes in some areas it would be nice to be able to just "do it ourselves" instead of having someone need to do it for us.

Really don't like it for what we're paying. Payroll is great but very cumbersome. Training to navigate on how to ensure the correct way to process sometimes very unclear.

Pros

I'm not sure what that is. I tried to reach out and have HR rep to explain. Very much still unclear for what we pay.

Cons

$$$$$ - Very very expensive even with the discount. Reporting engine and custom reporting difficult and a lot of time inaccurate unless you know the systems capabilities and what to report.

\- Streamlined service including payroll, recruitment, employee documents, timekeeping, time off, benefits - Easy to use - User-friendly for employees - Custom reporting

Cons

\- Price is high compared to other vendors and seems to increase often, while sometimes the services or quality of responses does not increase accordingly - Sometimes the outages can be very disruptive without much follow up directly from ADP, customers have to try to find their own info to pass along.

Good service overall. Really like that they have a dedicated account representative that helps answer questions. She can also help escalate when I have any issues. ADP is always trying to upgrade their platform which is nice and they give a lot of notice before things are changed permanently. The reporting dashboard is very organized.

Pros

Loving having a dedicated service rep. I like that they have a chat feature online. The new dashboard that came out in the last year looks much nicer.

Cons

The marketplace and perks could be better.

ideally there is a dedicated team to support us

Cons

in a previous role and organization i had major account services. the quality of support was better than the individuals supporting comprehensive services.

Cons

Total Absence Management is not what we hoped it would be. Its not a "total leave management support tool.

as noted above, a full service team available is a plus, but the wait times need to be improved.

Pros

Nice to have a one stop shop for all the payroll and HR needs. A strong partner allows us to have a virtual extension of this department.

Cons

Sometimes the wait time to resolve issues (mostly with payroll) take too long. I have used ADP for a number of years and liked the dedicated team that was used years ago.

I enjoy the fast, up-to-date functionality of ADP that allows me to download data and generate comprehensive reports for whatever I need. The indicators and selection functions are easy to navigate, and the platform is very reliable.

Cons

I think the ADP homepage is not fully utilized. The information provided is not the most useful, and the platform could do a better job of enhancing user-friendliness and making essential personal and functional information more visible.

I like the fact we have access to payroll, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, etc. in one place.

Cons

Customer support can be improved. If we don't get our assigned rep on the phone, we seem to get someone that puts us on hold for an hour+ and cannot provide the response we are looking for.
