Above satisfactory - Excellent.

Pros

All features of ADP are very useful and liked for how they perform. Top Features are: the HR, Payroll, and Benefits Dashboards, QuickCalc (used to quickly estimate wages for EEs that may need an earnings adjustment), Manual check adjustments and off-cycle payrolls, talent tabs, and reporting. Honorable mention for the EE Documents.

Cons

The incompatibility with larger physical display screens. My company evolved from using 2 standard monitors side by side to one large monitor with a 3440x1440 ultrawide display. However, I was able to submit a feedback request and hopefully it's a design flaw to be fixed.

### "Superior Product"

Still use the product everyday and they are constantly rolling out updates. I also trust in their compliance aspect which gives me room to breathe a bit.

Pros

ADP reporting is one of my favorite parts about the platform. They spit out in either pdf or excel or csv formatting. The excel sheets are the easiest to use and the Field Grabber option for simple reports is fast and easy.

Cons

Wish people missing their assigned shifts was a bit easier to find, read, evaluate. I also wish as they updated their platform, we were informed prior to the updates, to give us a heads up about the new experience.

I liked the service very much. I have been with ADP on and off for over 30 years in one job or another and have always had great service. And when I look for a new position, the first question I ask is " who do you use to process the payroll".

Pros

I usually could speak with my representative and if he didn't know or have the answer, he got me assistance. And the fact I could speak with someone after hours if I had an issue.

Cons

The tax services need to provide more information when responding to a tax issue when they tell you they can't handle it.

Overall, I am very grateful for having Comprehensive Services. I would not have been able to stay with the company I am currently at had they not made this switch.

Pros

We were with ADP Workforce Now in what they call Majors. This is the same technology platform but with significantly less support and modules than with Comprehensive Services. During our time with Majors, we went through several significant issues that required support and it was not a good user experience. By moving to Comprehensive Services, we gained access to modules that streamlined our processes, an HR Business \[sensitive content hidden\] who is your right-hand person and can support you strategically as well as advocate for you when issues arise, and gained access to a better service platform and team. The amount of stress that his been eliminated by moving to Comprehensive Services is significant.

Cons

I will say that I continue to be disappointed by Benefit Services and implementation. Implementation was a bit of a mess. It was clear there isn't a checklist to make sure clients are receiving access and education to everything included. We did not gain access to some modules until after I had inquired about what we were missing and pushed to gain access. Benefit services tends to be similar to implementation where it seems the teams don't know how to use the entire system. A lot of things are missed/dropped when working with them.

We were already using ADP Workforce Now so being able to keep our same system thus lessening the learning curve was a bonus. Also, Paylocity and Rippling weren't able to meet our complex payroll needs. It didn't make sense to switch.

Overall, our experience has been extremely positive. Our costs have decreased, employee satisfaction has increased and compliance with HR and Payroll regulations has greatly improved.

Pros

I love how my HR and Payroll services are integrated to make everything streamlined and simpler. This significantly decreases errors and helps employees and my HR team be more efficient.

Cons

Some reports could be named more clearly but there is nothing that I dislike!

Cons

The Tax service is excellent in many ways for a multi-tax client. However, the items that need to be fixed (frequently as a result of a state making a mistake) just takes too long with the ADP tax service -- need to be more responsive and flexible to get items fixed more timely. -- Again want to stress that the service is there and taxes are paid , but the time to get some items done needs to improve

Payroll & reports and analytics. It gives you a wide range of options.

Cons

In the new experience, when we have to preview payroll from the payroll register. You have to click to expand each column, so visually it's not convenient as it used to be with Classic. So personally I preferred how Classic view worked (more visual).

It's so far the best product overall. We tried different software before and even considered a new one, but ADP stays the best.

I have worked with ADP Comprehensove Services at a couple of jobs, and I receive consistenly great service every time! No issue that I may have is too bigfor them to assist me with, or find a way to resolve.

Pros

The prompt services, the care, thoroughness, and "follow-up" nature of the representatives

Cons

Hasving to pay for custom reports sometimes, when an already-existing styandard report is available, and can be tweaked for no additional cost.

I was not here, but Mangement said they liked the innovation, full support and wide range of the ADP product.

### "Gets the job done"

I feel like ADP gets the job done and is an affordable option. For smaller companies, I see no reason for them not to use ADP for their needs. However, once you need to do more involved tasks the site quickly reveals how little capacity it has.

Pros

I appreciate that ADP is a pretty basic platform and most of the functions are easy to do once you know how. The customer support is usually quick to respond and helpful.

Cons

The platform is not intuitive or user friendly and I often cannot figure out how to do actions without guidance from an associate. Functions are never where you expect them to be, and the various site branch-offs make it even more confusing. The platform feels very outdated and not modern. Users often have issues locating documents in their own profiles. The reporting is extremely difficult to use and get the output of a clean report with exactly the specified parameters.

I like that I never feel alone! I have a team of resources available with the click of a button or a quick phone call.

Cons

Tracking of paid sick leave in the various states can be a hassle. Updating of platform when you least expect it.

### "Not Intuitive"

Customer service needs to be revamped. It would be helpful if the reps were knowledgeable with all parts of the platform (instead of specializing in one area: payroll, HR, reporting, etc.) because they don't understand their solutions may impact another platform negatively.

Pros

I have had issues with just about every part of the platform.

Cons

Each piece of the platform should work together. I should not have to make multiple changes for a single change. I know we aren't using ADP to it's full extent, but customer service is unhelpful and can't fix the problems we are having. Reporting, especially auditing, is unreliable and returns information that can't possibly be true.

Pros

Amazing implementation team, all the support, their dedication, motivation to solve all our issues/challenges. Overall: I like that i can always get a hold of customer service to help out one very topic.

Cons

Moving from implementation to being just a regular customer is very hard, felt like falling from the mountain top to the deep valley. Scheduling module is not up to my expectations, does not have the functionalities we need Overall: ADP has a lot of resources to help customer (Admin) to learn the system, but it is overwhelming, i keep getting several email a day, i cannot keep up. Our company does not have a dedicated HR person just for ADP tasks and instead of helping, it just makes me stressed that i have to take care of all the tasks that ADP assigns to me.
