I also trust in their compliance aspect which gives me room to breathe a bit. Pros ADP reporting is one of my favorite parts about the platform. They spit out in either pdf or excel or csv formatting. The excel sheets are the easiest to use and the Field Grabber option for simple reports is fast and easy. Cons Wish people missing their assigned shifts was a bit easier to find, read, evaluate. I also wish as they updated their platform, we were informed prior to the updates, to give us a heads up about the new experience. Unfortunately, the issue with contacting them is a huge issue. I would much rather be able to communicate via email or a chat. Pros What I like the most about ADP comprehensive services is the ability for it to manage our taxes owed to each state for us. Cons What I like least about ADP comprehensive services is the support portal. I submit a request and every time, they try to call me without asking/scheduling a time first or they send a "secure" message that is really inconvenient to open. The employee management is better as well. Cons Some lag in timely and responsiveness from the customer service team.
