November 9, 2023 5.0 In the last year of use, I really have only needed to order through Staples on ProcureDesk for office supplies. The process is fast and not complex. A huge time saver when we are in need of replenishment. I often receive delivery the very next day, which is extremely convenient! Pros I use Procure about 1-2 times Monthly for our office needs and I like that the process is very easy to follow/track when making orders. They keep it simple and easy to understand! Cons I have not yet found a reason to dislike the ProcureDesk system. I have been using for a little over a year and have never had any issues. Service Desk Support Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "overall information" March 30, 2022 5.0 Overall I consider the platform fulfills all my expectations, it has a friendly interface, it is easy to use, it displays all necessary information such as quote number, order number, status, etc, and I like the fact the platform is linked to the vendor's website product when I need to place the order this saves me a lot of time. Pros In my point of view, the platform saves you a lot of time, it's faster and easier than going to any website and following the regular purchase process, however, it is very important to have the right device information before placing the order, base on my experience, once we have completed the general information such as customer name, quote name, shipping address, etc. the platform automatically is linked the vendor's website product (CDW.com on my experience) and the order goes through, definitely very easy to use. We researched the available options and made the choice to go with ProcureDesk. The implementation process was thorough, and our contact at ProcurDesk became almost as a consultant for our purchasing process so that we better understand the extent of the different options available in the system. The training and continuing customer support is outstanding, and even our technology challenged associates were quickly able to make the switch to this ERP. Pros Very user friendly, great implementation process, outstanding customer service Cons I honestly can't think of anything that doesn't work for us with this software. Pros Procure is very helpful for approval processes. Also, if I request to modify the program, ProcureDesk team listens and make the change for us. The software is very flexible. Cons I can't know about the digital purchases when they are delivered.
