It's good, it helps me keeps track of non-confirmties, corrective actions and everthing about quality management in generale

Pros

The centralized tracking of the non-conformities, the reporting, the dashboarding, and the pricing

Cons

my concern is withing the firm, workers here doesn't want to use it
