We purchased this software because of the ability to do workplace assessments, such as the DiSC assessment. After reaching out several times to find out how many questions were included on the assessment, we never received a reply. We should have stopped there and not proceeded, but we needed a handful of employees to take the DiSC assessment for a project we were working on as a team. We ended up purchasing some profiles and the assessments were VERY basic. We had to have some other employees take a more comprehensive assessment which provided more valuable feedback. We ended up spending more in the long run. They claim to provide features that will help your team work better together, but these features (besides the tests) could easily be replaced with a Google Form and the information would be more useful.

Pros

The best features are how easy it is to use and the number of assessments that are included on each profile. The assessments were fun and our employees enjoyed taking them and seeing the team dashboard.

Cons

There is no customer service. We contacted them several times for assistance with "resetting" one of the profiles which was to be used as an admin profile, not an employee profile, but never heard back. The assessments are VERY basic and don't seem to include enough questions to make the assessments valid and usable in the workplace, even though they were fun. Beyond the assessments, there aren't any features that make this product remarkable. It's not a long-term product after the assessments have been taken.

We reviewed many options and considered a couple other products, but we felt that WorkStyle would be more user friendly for our employees and provide the results that we needed.
