Pros

I like that you can store information about people/donors/patrons.

Cons

This is the single worst product for being intuitive I have ever used. It is convoluted, ridiculous and an enormous waste of my time.

I can finally track, plan, and forecast my sales all in one place. The tech support is awesome.

Nothing so far. I have called in several times and it has always been great.
