Pros

It is for the most part easy to use. I like the flexibility of look-ups.

Cons

I don't know how to include my sales with the record aside from writing a history. This may be a functionality problem or may be just that I don't know how to do it.

very reliable! I can manage my contacts and works done easily. it can integrate Microsoft stuffs, Google and other familiar software.

Cons

I've noticed that the app looks so basic in themes. I'm excited for more updates and features soon.

Pros

it never worked for us so I could not say what we would have liked best.

Cons

The software never worked for us...it kept crashing so we could never use it. this is unfortunate because it seemed like it would do everything we wanted it to.

It narrowed down our options to 3 and was very quick, easy and concise. My information wasn't provided to a ton of company's like with other information requests.

Very comprehensive method of tracking sales opportunities

Cons

Required a reverse migration on my Outlook client, help is still using an ancient version of Internet Explorer, no built in import and export of vcf cards.

This is the single worst product for being intuitive I have ever used. It is convoluted, ridiculous and an enormous waste of my time.
