Pros Customer service response is excellent, in the event there is an alert we can submit a sample and have it reviewed. we can deploy agents after imaging or deploy the agent prior to imagining and once the setup is complete the agent accurately reports in. no extra steps for rolling out devices. Cons Perhaps a little more functionality for mobile devices but then you would blur the line with a MDM. Need to lessen baseline settings. Support and education of product need alot of work Pros Its ease of use. The portal is very easy to understand and navigate Cons It is over clocked by the looks of things. Lots of complaints from clients that everything was being blocked. Lack of educated support (we ended up finding settings ourselves despite having conference calls with the US. Baseline settings are too strict.
