"A unique and insightful tool"
Pros: Crowdoscope allows the themes/ideas/issues that resonate with employees to come to the surface. As a manager, it is sometimes difficult to engage what these issues are but Crowdoscope allows us to find out how employees are feeling about a certain issue, how we could improve it etc. It is a also a very visual tool and much more interesting from the participant's view compared with a traditional employee survey.
Cons: A few participants struggle to navigate through the discussion or the first time but Crowdoscope has an excellent support team that can help them.
