I have had a fairly positive experience overall. Customer service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Pros

Bill Flash is fairly easy to use and navigate through the system. Many function and reports available for users.

Cons

Integration with EMR systems could be smoother. There are sometimes conflict in operating systems when one had an update done.

Reasons for choosing BillFlash

We chose Bill Flash by the recommendation of our EHR system vendor as it was one of the better systems to integrate and streamline our practice management system.
