Couldn't be better. \[sensitive content hidden\] has provided amazing help and support. I periodicallly need to call for support, simply because I can go months without needing any help!

Pros

Compliance with CA regulations is no longer a headache. This was a source of constant concern before we adopted Timeeero.

Cons

The reporting is a bit funky when i need to run payroll on ADP. I wish they had a more user friendly way of generates reports.

This has been a great tool for my business and is very affordable especially as a startup. I would recommend this to anyone who owns a business.

Pros

The fact that I am able to see the breadcrumbs of my inspectors and what routes they are using. The fact I can log on and ask the help desk- especially Ashleigh, is very helpful.

Cons

It allows the inspector to pick and choose when the tracking feature is on. This is a problem when I have people in the field.

\[sensitive content hidden\] was awesome with helping answer some of my questions! Between the support staff and the easy FAQs we are happy with what Timeero is providing.

Pros

Covers what we need for tracking how we visit multiple job sites on a daily and weekly basis. Straight forward and easy to use. Very proactive support team that can help with set up and other questions. It imports well with Quick Books, has tons of integrations. Very thorough, detailed, and accurate when compared to some other time and location tracking we've sampled.

Cons

I have some personal preferences on how some of the mass editing features could be better. We have 300+ projects and I had to edit these projects 25 at a time instead of all 300 at once but 25 at a time is better than 1 at a time.

Easy to use and very simple to navigate. The app makes it quick to track time, locations, and jobs without confusion. Everything is clear, and it helps keep my team organized and accountable on a daily basis.

Sometimes the app can be a little slow to load, and I wish there were more customization options for reports. Also, a few features could be more intuitive, but overall it still works well for what we need.

Pros

Breadcrumbs option is elite! The MPH in breadcrumbs is extremely beneficial. Overall Breadcrumbs is my favorite part! Works with Quickbooks. Time tracking is on point with the seconds, if staff don't accidentally force close the app.

Cons

No column for sick time requests, it just lumps sick time requests with the total hours. So we have to pull another report and calculate it ourselves. Sick time report doesn't have select all button and requires each staff to be selected one by one. Messaging has some issues but for the main part works well.

So far it has been easy to use and employees dont have a problem with it. No issues with Timeroo. We've been customers for a few months now.

After a bit of a learning curve, 5 star. Customer service is unmatched. But this service is built for a large team, and, as a one-man show, I feel that.

Pros

That phone service is still available. One expects as a company grows older, service diminishes, but I've not seen that here. \[sensitive content hidden\] is always a great technician when you need a hand.

Cons

It always asks to verify location. I see the need for some, but there should be an on/off switch. Perhaps this is a hold-over from earlier versions that may not have tracked so well. I've never seen it need to update a location when I start or stop.

Multiple problems. The "straw that broke the camel's back" came when I was sleeping (with my phone by me). They recorded a trip that I took from my home to an old work address that I had not visited since loading that app onto my phone one hour away. The hour-long trip started about 3:00 AM. Then, they recorded my return trip starting about 45 minutes later.
