This has helped us track labor more accurately and decrease the amount of time we're unable to bill for because of lack of proper documentation. It has also increased accuracy in payroll processing and makes it easier to review hours with the guys when they have questions about their hours and pay. Pros The app is easy to use for both our crew and our office staff. Our crew isn't particularly comfortable with computers, apps, and such, but they had no problem learning how to clock in and out, choose job sites, and add notes. It's made our payroll processing and client billing more accurate and easy to follow, which has made all of our jobs (admin team) much easier to track and navigate. They also have milage tracking as an option, but for now we focus more on using the gps locations to confirm the guys are clocking in/out at the right job sites. We have had some issues with the guys being unable to login to their account or their time not being tracked properly, but this has been more due to user error than anything else. But the times I have needed help, \[sensitive content hidden\] has been excellent about working with me to find a solution to our issues. I work remotely so I'm 3 hours ahead of our crew, but \[sensitive content hidden\] has always responded to my questions in a timely manner and has been great about following up with me to make sure everything is working smoothly. I also really like that the app is available in Spanish for the guys in our crew who find it easier to navigate in Spanish than in English. Cons At the moment I don't have any specific things I dislike about the app. My main issues have been with getting our non-tech inclined crew in the habit of using the app on a regular basis. Cons We service a big rural area and the cell service is not always that great causing some mileage totals to be off. Not necessarily Timeero's fault but it is an issue for many rural businesses. Her ongoing support has made a meaningful difference in our experience. Pros Timeero’s biggest strength is how it improves accuracy and saves time. The system works smoothly, and the support has been consistently fast and reliable. Cons For our company we wish it integrated better with our timekeeping system.
