It’s been beneficial in several ways. I am happy with it and appreciate the ease of use. Customer service is always helpful too. \[sensitive content hidden\] answered my questions quickly which is so important when I’m always busy.

Pros

The ability to track my employees location throughout the work day. Helped me save money by being able to pinpoint if they were where they were suppose to be.

Cons

The way the map we use to see the employee tracking currently works. Constantly exits the full screen mode. It’s a new thing cause before it was perfect. Drives me nuts.

I started with Timeero several years ago. The customer service has always been the best. Over the years I have watched them change, grow and make improvements always for the better.

Pros

I really like the geo fencing as well as the reminders to check in when the guys get to the job site and leave the job site. We do not use all of the features Timeero offers but it fulfills all of our needs. My favorite feature is the customer service. Being able to speak to a representative or chat with a rep without having first to deal with an AI Bot is priceless. I also appreciate that they do not send you a bunch of articles and want you to figure it out for yourself. It is a huge timesaver just to have someone help you and be done with it. Thank you for the great service!

Cons

In the very beginning when I first started using Timeero in order to make adjustments to a timesheet you had to leave the report and go into the individuals timesheet to make changes. It was way too many steps. the improvement has been great and I love the way you can make adjustments from the reports.

The customer service team has been great to work with and answered all of my questions. I have spoken with Ashleigh several times and is always helpful!

Pros

Timeero is very easy to use and great for simple time and mileage tracking. My company has several summer interns and it is easy for them to download and use the app.

Cons

I have not found any cons yet. It is easy to navigate and the customer service team is very helpful if I do have a question.

The customer service is always the best! When I have an issue, I am always able to chat with a live person, not a robot, and my problems are always solved quickly! \[sensitive content hidden\] have been great help to my recent issues. Congrats to them!

Pros

The app is very easy to use and keep track of employee times and job sites. The price we pay is at a great price point!

Cons

I wish the PDF timesheets I print each week had less of a header so that there is more room for the employee time info. Almost always it ends up on two pages because the Timeero header takes up so much room.
