The customer service has always been the best. Over the years I have watched them change, grow and make improvements always for the better. Pros I really like the geo fencing as well as the reminders to check in when the guys get to the job site and leave the job site. We do not use all of the features Timeero offers but it fulfills all of our needs. My favorite feature is the customer service. Being able to speak to a representative or chat with a rep without having first to deal with an AI Bot is priceless. I also appreciate that they do not send you a bunch of articles and want you to figure it out for yourself. It is a huge timesaver just to have someone help you and be done with it. Thank you for the great service! Cons In the very beginning when I first started using Timeero in order to make adjustments to a timesheet you had to leave the report and go into the individuals timesheet to make changes. It was way too many steps. the improvement has been great and I love the way you can make adjustments from the reports. Cons I wish the PDF timesheets I print each week had less of a header so that there is more room for the employee time info.
