This works great, is easy to set up and use. Pros It tracks hours and mileage with geofencing at an excellent pricepoint. LOVE that it exports to Quickbooks!!! Cons I wish the app had better/easier/more user friendly functionality for the administrator--can't run reports to view weekly hour totals. I wish the website reports was easier so that I could set the week start/finish and it would automatically calculate weekly totals by employee. The extra steps to go in and get my employees weekly total is annoying. Pros It's accessible through a mobile application Cons Verifying location when clocking in/out; it doesn't always take and you're not aware until you try to complete the opposite function. Doesn't allow for separation of billing within a clock-in period; i.e. I'm on the clock 8a-12p but have a home visit to make 15 10:30. Timeero covers the 4 hours of time but the home visit has to be separated and billed separately so I have to clock in @ 8, out @ 10:30, back in @11:30 and out again at 12. If multiple home visits are scheduled on the same day, it's time consuming to be making all those entries. Maps and accuracy. Able to make notes if forgot to clock in/out. Cons Sometimes app asks me if this is the right location when its showing my home when its not supposed to track other movement besides job sites. With Timeero, this new software is based on todays workforce. Timeero is a knoweledgeable software that has options to print reports as needed. Offers other useful features that can all be done from your own personal celluar. Timeero is time consuming and offers responsive customer service. Pros Reports. Accurate. Back ups. Excels. Decisive. February 21, 2020 5.0 Pros I like the fact that my staff no longer needs to remember or write times when then were visiting a facility. We are charting real time and it makes a big difference and increased staff accountability. Our payroll the first month was significantly lower and showed that we were being taken advantage of by using written timesheets. It helps staff manage their time much more efficiently. Cons Initially it was not as accurate with staff that had Galaxy phones. It seems as if the bug has been addressed. Helps us controll our employess a lot better Pros Easy to use straight forward for people to follow, simple layout, gps location is a plus! Allows me to see where my employees are and if they are in thw right location when they say they are. Our buiness is a hire buiness so there are always different locations. Notes are good because they can right up what they did or fixed or saw. Cons Would like gps to show a location with the way our employes drive not just a location of when they check in and a location of when they check out. Follow a route if they drive places. Pros I am able to see the locations of the employees and have control of the border where they can log in at and it will also highlight in red if they are out of the boundaries when clocking in or out and blue if employees left notes. Very convenient and well priced. Cons When viewing times I am unable to correct (if needed) and if I do need to edit I have to go through multiple pages to access and correct. Pros \- Ease of use and functionality for both administrator and user - Ease of setup for both administrator and user Cons \- Geo Tracking log in does not always work - Wish it had a location update interval of 1-2 minutes to track employee location, As it is now they could log in leave for 8 hours and then return to log out. - Editing of times from the app for managers. - Informed user that the reason it is not working is that it needs to be updated.
