We specifically use the app to track our team's time and mileage, and once everything is accurately set up, the features work very well. The actual tools provided for business management and team collaboration are genuinely good, which makes the daily tracking straightforward once you get the hang of it. For instance, I ran into a technical issue and use the chat-box function on the web portal. \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to help me through the issue. She was very friendly and responded very quick. Cons The learning curve and the cost associated with getting started. We just started using the software and are still learning how to set the app up. I particularly dislike the $500 charge for onboarding training. Since we already know what functions we need, we were hoping for more accessible, free support to help us understand how to use the system overall. It would provide much better value for money if basic setup guidance didn't come with such a steep extra fee. I like that the app tracks mileage and I can see where they are on the maps and feel more confident as an employer. I also think it is a great value compared to other products on the market. Pros This app has saved me so much time for tracking my time spent with clients as well as tracking mileage, and adding up the cost for me. Before I was doing it all manually, which was really taking up a lot of my time. This has also definitely made my life easier when it comes to billing as well. There is a little bit of a learning curve to learning how to use this, but \[sensitive content hidden\] has been fantastic with making sure that I have been set up with knowledge of how to do everything and is always available to answer questions I have. Cons There's a little bit of a learning curve to it. I have one employee, and there have been a couple times the mileage didn't track, or that they thought they had clocked out, but were still logged in.
