Pros

Great tool that helps manage, track and monitor the workforce. E-onboarding process helps with faster onboarding of new hires and automation of payslip, salary calculation, attendance management etc. relieves the HR Team from routine manual tasks.

Cons

Very less customization options and the user interface could be more attractive.

So far, my experience with this portal has been positive; I can track my work assignments, and we can track and request leaves through the same site, which is the best feature; we don't have to write emails to HR.

Pros

We can keep track of our work and see what jobs we've been assigned, and our attendance, as well as the number of leaves and pay cuts, will all be recorded.

Cons

I do not have specific reasons to complain about, I found this portal is pretty user friendly and useful for every employee.

Personalized employee reporting according to the database is quite good. Ability to filter the data as per the needs and wants.

I have been using this software for quite sometime and I am impressed with the way it has enabled me to sort my management and payroll needs. Good software to recommend.

Pros

1\. Gets the work done. 2. Efficient and less time consuming as it has many shortcuts which can get the job done with ease . 3. Payroll management is exceptionally done by this software. 4. Customization according to the need is also catered.

Cons

1\. I felt that the user experience is not so pleasant and could be improved. 2. I felt it has few lagging issues.

Pros

Hard to say what I liked about it. Abundance of shortcut links on the landing page and filtering monthly data by "attendance deviation only", perhaps.

Cons

The UI/UX is terrible. I suppose they didn't really want to invest in it. The interface is not intuitive at all. Lack of keyboard shortcuts. Too much space, which requires a user to scroll up and down. It's just bad. And improvement is hard to come by, if at all. We use it only because it was better than our home-grown software.

Pros

This software is very easy to use since it has more shortcuts to use for various functions. Also it is very robust and payroll management system is very well managed by this software.

Cons

Everything seems fine with this software but it shows leave types which are having nil balance while applying leave. I am not sure if this has been fixed or not. But this can be neglected if we see entire product.
